This place is exceptional. Do you like FANTASTIC service? The kind where the servers literally choreograph their food delivery? The kind that doesn't think you're weird for asking for more dessert to take home? Or the kind of place that gives you an impromptu kitchen and wine cellar tour with the head chef? Then you'll love this place. I cannot say enough about this place. Just go and experience it yourself. But remember to dress up a bit.

Amazing dot com. This place is not only beautiful and cozy, but the food is like sweet ambrosia fallen down from Mount Olympus. I can't wait to get back to this place... it came highly recommended by my foodie friends, and, boy, they were right!

Exceptional bar service. Quince martini was exception as well as the wine selection. Tasting menu was exquisite and I went crazy with the wine list and tip because I had so much fun!

Chef Michael and Lindsay Tusk “work magic” nightly at their “downright phenomenal” Downtown destination where “beautifully presented” Italian-French tasting menus showcasing Northern Californian ingredients are paired with a wine list filled with “cult favorites”, while the staff "takes care of every detail"; yes, it’s all "very pricey”, but ultimately it's “everything you want in a fine-dining experience”, especially now that a recent remodel of the “posh” setting (not reflected in the Decor score) introduced a chef's counter, two private dining rooms and a champagne bar and lounge with à la carte offerings. Learn more about Quince. What to order Tasting menus only Caviar menu (pictured) Insider tip: There's a vegetarian "Garden" tasting menu as imaginative as the regular tasting menu, as well a salon offering à la carte dishes priced between $14 and $38 for walk-in guests.

We did the non vegetarian spring tasting menu and it was excellent. At the end of the meal we were full and pleased with the experience. The favours were rich but not overwhelming and, like at every respectable 5 stars restaurant, we received a sweet treat to bring home for the next day, in our case a canelé. The service was great and the staff is competent. We spent 3 1/2 hours there and time flew by. I would go back!

I went here for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend and ordered the chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing. The service was really good--when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they gave us a menu as a memoir, and free deserts. It was a pretty long meal though but definitely worth a trip at least once.

When we went 2 years ago, there were two tasting menus options at $90 each. Each tasting menu consisted of 5 courses (4 savory, 1 dessert). One tasting menu focused on seafood and the other focused on meat. There was also an a la carte menu available. We all went with the tasting menu and we were able to order different tasting menus. The food itself was excellent. The pasta dishes stood out most. The ambiance of the place is great. The service was good but a bit stuffy. However, our experience fell short at the end. Basically we were charged $40 for substituting a dish on two tasting menus. They corrected the issue later on in the week after a few emails and a phone call but this should not have happened in the first place. Lesson learned, look at your bill before you pay and walk out the door.
