Love this, and most of us need all the help we can get...
This is a 24 hour plan which you can use as a checklist to ensure that you’re primed for getting some awesome sleep each night. It’s structured chronologically so you can see how different things you do, or don’t do throughout the day affect your ability to sleep soundly at night.

Social Networking No thanks, I'm happy here :)
Wow! Microsoft has been secretly working on a Google+ and Facebook "killer" social network. It's called Socl.com (pronounced "social") and was code-named "Tulalip."

The project was revealed today by accident. Microsoft prematurely published a splash page introducing people to the network. The page was taken down immediately, and replaced with a note to the public acknowledging the project.

G+ Tips One thing that I've been doing, that I haven't heard mention of, is using that "Find People" bar up top. I put in keywords from my interests (unschooling, photography, foodie), read profiles, and just start adding people to those circles that I've created. I currently have 100+ photogs, almost 60 folks who showed up under "chef" or "foodie" searches, and another 60 unschoolers. Try it. The more interesting people in your circles, the more interesting stuff in your streams.
