you can do one of two more things... you can type a draft of an email when you have a break at the conference and schedule it to automatically send on the day you think the other person will read it.

second, I always try to say something about what we talked about or ask a question about something related to our conversation. The point is to remind them of who you are. This is what I do: "it was great to meet you at the So and So confrence. It was great to chat with you about [insert topic or tidbit from conversation]." The rest you nailed perfectly Derek.

Shipping things was pretty easy. I had a prepackaged and pre-labeled box I was sending off. This review is not about that service. I would like to comment on employee knowledgeability on services offered. I asked for more information on EBay Valet service and long story short, I didn't learn much at the end of the interaction. The location was out of pamphlets on the service and the employee seemed to be vaguely familiar with how it works. I would recommend more training for the staff on this piece. Out of desire to not hold up the line, I cut our conversation short and left without a satisfactory explanation of what that service is and how I benefit from it.

Best hockey skate sharpening place in the Bay Area. Everyone I know gets their skates sharpened here. Really reasonable rates. They also offer glove re-palming services for both goalies and skater gloves. Gear cleaning for $50. 👍👍

These guys know how to do great business. They offer the best price in the area (I called 4 other places) and my customer experience was outstanding from my phone call all the way to leaving the place with a smile on my face. I got here and realized as I was talking to the gentleman helping me that I did not give myself enough time to get the smog done and get to my next appointment on time. These guys could have told me to come back later, but instead they hussled to get me in and out in under 10 minutes. Wish I could give this place an extra star 6/5 to show that they went above and beyond my expectations.

Much less crowded than the local Starbucks. Great coffee and nice place to meet some one (business or otherwise).
