The staff have always been sooo sweet to me every time I've ordered from this location, or any other Boriello Brothers location, for that matter. The pizza is always amazing, the best I've had anywhere. The cheese is always falling off (in a good way) and the pizzas get loaded with your toppings of choice. The canolis aren't the best in the world, but everything else is just great. Especially the garlic knots! I ordered delivery on a Saturday night and the pizza did take about an hour and a half, but 1) it was so worth the wait, and 2) they made it up to us for taking a long time. Honestly, I don't mind. I'll wait for them any day of the week! Just order earlier than you want to eat, is my advice.

I really like this place and I never have had a problem with the service or deliveries until Last week. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and when I got it the pizza looked old and not fresh at all. The ends of the pizza where twisted and rolled up as pizza does if left out for awhile. I called the manager and sent her the picture of the pizza I received. After I sent it the manager called my back to refund my money back on my card. She apologized for what happened and took care of my problem. Like I said this place has awesome pizza but, with one screw up I will keep going back only because their customer service is on point. I just hope they make up for this the next time I order from them again, and I am positive they will.

Called in an order for take out and when I arrived, my order was not even put in the system. I waited 30+ minutes for my food. It also happened to another costumer that came after me.

It's rare I'm compelled enough to write a review but I feel it's about time to write one for BB Pizza - and long overdue! I've been going to BBs pizza for years now, and used to LOVE their pizza. But, the past few years they have gone beyond downhill!! We get pizza from the Centennial location probably once a month, and they have messed up at least the last 5 out of 6 orders - everything from extremely poor pizza, to quoting 45 mins for delivery and showing up an hour and a half later, to completely messing up orders - forgetting pizza sauce with the garlic knots, messing up the toppings (don't ever try to get different items on half the pizza!), to the phone order takers not knowing how to apply a coupon. Arrrgh! This last purchase was probably the last - coming home from skiing we decided to pick up a "take & bake" pizza. Seemed like a good idea since we usually had to heat up the delivered pizzas anyway. Wellll, we followed the store rep's directions (350 degrees for 15 mins, or until 'ready') and it was a disaster. We cooked it over 20 mins, the top was done, but the dough was a floppy soggy mess!! Maybe she gave us the incorrect temp, but by then it was too late. It was HORRIBLE! It's really a shame since they used to have the best pizza in town, but I can't even remember the last time I got a decent pizza from them. Speaking to several friends, it appears to be the general consensus. Seriously doubt I'll ever return.

I've been to the Centennial location 2 times. Both times I was not impressed at all. The second time convinced me to never go back. Worst calzone I've ever had and the slice was brought out burned. The girl working the register wears gloves to take your money and then the same gloves to go fix your food. Gross!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. A New York pizzeria owner would roll in his grave over this place. I'm from the East Coast and this place just sucks from pizza to service. Pizza: Bland. Not even close to New York. Crust: Meh. Half the slices had no toppings. Service: Terrible. Our party had two separate orders. Four pizzas total. Ordered at 6:270pm. 1st pizza arrived at 7:20. 2nd at 7:30. Both were from the first order so half our party had no food. The 3rd pizza arrived at 7:45. It had been sitting in the hot box and came to us stale and not very hot. And the 4 th pizza came at 8.03pm. They had given it to a take out customer and had to make us a new one. We just boxed it and took it out because everyone was done and it wasn't appetizing enough to go back for more. Several people had come in after us, ordered, and left with their food before our first pizza ever came. The waitress was nice about it and tried to give us some cheesecake and some rock hard garlic knots. The manager authorized a single piece of cheesecake for 4 angry people. We asked for the contact info for the managers and were informed they didn't deal with upset customers. I can't imagine owning a business and not being willing to talk to unsatisfied customers. Way to build a loyal clientele. Finally the actual manager appears. She had been sending the waitress to deal with us and the waitress offered us a desert pizza since we were still upset about not being able to contact anyone. The manager wasn't very helpful or willing to make things right with how we felt about the whole terrible experience. She got a dismissive attitude because we were upset that the owners wouldn't talk with their own customers. She finally informed us we could contact the general manager which made us realize it was sadly just a chain restaurant and that certainly explained the lack of pride in their service and customer relations. She never appeared again. She hid behind her crew chief by sending her out with the contact numbers. She didn't deserve to be a manager. We live about an hour away so thankfully returning to this establishment will not be an option. The owners probably won't care since they can't be bothered about trivial stuff like punctuality, food quality, or customer service.

The pizza is horrible! Some of the worst I've ever had. The calzone was terrible and undercooked. The pasta is the only thing they got going for them. NY would be ashamed with them. They really need to reinvent their crust and learn how to cook in high altitude to ensure it's cooked thoroughly. The sauce is good, don't touch it.
