If you haven't already been for a good look at the Association of Animal Artists' best-ever Annual Exhibition at Castle Park Arts Centre, Frodsham, Cheshire, you are missing a treat! With nearly 250 exhibits, there really is something for everyone, and the winners of the competition really do deserve to be seen (and purchased!) You can also vote for the Visitor's Choice and Children's Choice Awards.

Fantastic news from new AAA member Linda Easter! After an inspiring visit to our annual exhibition in Frodsham, all the way from Southhampton, Linda arrived home to find she has won the Best Amateur Animal and Wildlife category of the Society For All Artists' competition 2015. 'Golden Hare' will be exhibited at 'All About Art' in London in July. In addition, Linda's exquisite work, 'Hedgerow Sparrows', has been Highly Commended in the Leisure Painter competition at Patchings Art Centre, and will be displayed on the website from 4 June, where you can vote for your favourite! Brilliant news, Linda!

Don't forget the AAA Art Fair this Bank Holiday Monday (4 May). We have a great group of talented members from far and wide who will be demonstrating and also selling cards, prints and originals at Castle Park Arts Centre, Frodsham. The annual exhibition is still going strong, and this is a great day out for all the family, as there is a wonderful park and great cafe, too, as well as amazing art work! Opening times, 10 am - 4 pm. Please share this if you can. See you there!

AFTER DINNER SPEAKER
This year, we are very privileged to have Cheryl Williams, CEO of Yorkshire Wildlife Park, as our After Dinner speaker. She will be giving us an insight into the fascinating origins of the park and how they have been at the forefront of animal conservation. You may have recently heard about their latest resident – Victor the polar bear – who is England’s only polar bear and who has taken up residence in a state-of-the-art polar bear enclosure which includes an 8 metre deep lake!
