Seen in our cover picture is Paul Beattie, Association of Animal Artists Member and a Professional Artist with the Society for All Artists.  Paul was interviewed at our summer exhibition 2013; ‘Animals in Art’ (which has now closed) by the Society For All Artists who spent the day filming for ‘A Splash of Paint’ which was shown on the Painting and Drawing Channel on Sky TV.  The film (in two parts) will be shown on our up and coming AAA YouTube Channel!

Artwork seen in the insert is by Gill Fox (top) and Michael Miller (bottom).

Photographs by Peter Drought Photography. Peter is AAA Webmaster and also the Treasurer of the North West Branch of the Fine Art Trade Guild, of which AAA is also a member.

After two very busy days, the exhibition has been hung and is now ready for the Preview Evening on Friday.  Come along if you can. You won't be disappointed!  It is an amazing exhibition, taking up all three galleries and the intermediate areas of Castle Park Arts Centre, Frodsham, Cheshire.  It is on for the next 6 weeks with lots of demonstrations by our artists and a big Art Fair on Easter Sunday.

The Association of Animal Artists offers members exhibition opportunities, workshops, field trips, regular Art Rendezvous days and a plein air group.
Introduction

Association of Animal Artists was founded to offer opportunities and support to artists who have already attained a level of expertise and experience as artists, whether as amateurs or professionals and who wish to promote and exhibit their artwork and further progress their skills. We are all on this artistic journey together and it is the friendship and genuine support that the artists give each other and the charities AAA supports, which is the hallmark of the Association.

The Association of Animal Artists offers members exhibition opportunities, workshops, field trips, regular Art Rendezvous days and a plein air group. The ethos of AAA is that all the artists are encouraged to create and exhibit artwork of absolutely any animal; in the air, on the land or in water, in any medium and style. Artists are positively encouraged to explore and enjoy their creativity which leads to varied and dynamic exhibitions. AAA is committed to supporting its animal charity partners and actively works to promote them.
