IMF Warns of Debt Blowout in Trans-Atlantic
The International Monetary Fund staff report just issued by economists Carmen Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff contain a dire warning that the advanced sector, particularly the trans-Atlantic region, has built up a debt bubble bigger than at any time in the past 200 years, and that unless there is a massive write-down of the debt, there will be a new financial explosion soon. The report was the subject of a Jan. 2 column by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard in the London Daily Telegraph and similar coverage in Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal and other financial publications. The debt bubble, the report's authors warn, "will require a wave of haircuts, either negotiated 1930s-style write-offs or the standard mix of measures used by the IMF in its 'toolkit' for emerging market blow-ups." The authors draw the parallel between the current debt bubble and the write-down of World War I debts of France, Britain and Germany, and FDR's April 1933 decision to decouple the U.S. dollar from the gold standard, triggering a debt write-off amounting to 16 percent of U.S. GDP at the time. Reinhart and Rogoff warn that the debt bomb could detonate in a "peripheral country" in Europe (Evans-Pritchard cites Turkey as another prime target for a meltdown).

Is the U.S Fracking Bubble burst about to BURST?  Looking at historical trends we know that every oil boom ends in a BUST.  How will home values and rental rates be impacted when it BUSTS? It is not a matter of if, but a matter of when. You can lock in gains and sell at PEAK VALUE or if your cost basis and debt are low, be prepared to ride out a likely bumpy road ahead in home values and rents in oil and gas economies.

What impact will the massive slow down in oil and energy have on your rental portfolio in Northern Colorado, Texas where prices are peaking and oil demand and prices failing. The ripple effect will be significant. It is a great time to SELL - SELL - SELL.  Your window of opportunity is right now. It is hard to be a contrarian like Warren Buffet,, but most owners will wait until it is too late to sell. You should be selling when everyone is buying and buying when everyone is selling.  http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/markets/2015/07/31/big-oil-profit-falls/30940917/

It is a great time to invest in stabilized single family rental portfolios. Homeownership is at the lowest level since 1967. Without a solid trend of rising incomes, this rental trend is likely to continue for the foreseeable future. Contact VenturesRealty.co  if you want to learn more about how you can diversify your holdings to include stabilized rental portfolio income.  http://time.com/money/3975212/homeownership-rate-record-low/

Turnkey rental property below median rents should offer stable cash flows and low vacancies for the foreseeable future. With home price inflation renters are locked into their rentals for the foreseeable future. A historically high percentage of monthly income is going to pay the rent across the entire nation. What about your city? http://www.zillow.com/blog/effects-of-high-rents-180559/
