Went to go purchase a vehicle as a first time buyer and i must say I was very impressed by the customer service offered to me from William Velez. Most sales people try to make you sign your life away for their benefit but William took his time to be 100% honest and reasonable as far as negotiations go. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle in Central FL to William Velez. Will be forwarding all my people to him!!!!!

It's not very often that an attempt to buy a car ends well even when a deal isn't closed. I was in the market for a Ram 1500. Sean in sales stayed late multiple times and spoke with me on his days off to help me find the right truck. Although it didn't work out and I ended up finding a truck somewhere else, it certainly wasn't because Sean didn't do a good job. He's a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend the sales team at Airport CJD.

Updated! Their service department is a joke. My wife went in with our Jeep that has a sensor error. They want $300 for the repair which she declined after looking up the part number and seeing they were doubling the cost. Magically when they got her the car instead of a beep and a light coming on for a second then going away every sensor in the car goes off incessantly. They seem to have made the problem worse to try to force the repair. Avoid this place if you want a real repair and not someone pulling on things to try and force it. Ridiculous. UPDATE: Edit in response to below: If it were sold with a damaged part the Airbag Service indicator would have shown immediately, so claiming the dealership let a vehicle leave their lot is pathetic. I arrived with an Airbag Service indicator turning on, and left with both of my seat belt indicators malfunctioning after your Technician had his way with it AFTER insisting the moment my wife got out of the car that we needed new tires. If this justifies the issue to you than so be it, you're still a terrible service department and deserve 0 stars. Your service manager had no problems cornering my wife calling her an idiot in a shouting match when she demanded to know what was done to cause more issues so why would I bother with a service director? Along with all of this, it turns out that part IS covered under my basic manufacturer warranty and is currently being serviced by a Dealership who was willing to put time into their customer, not be pathetic. If anyone needs a real service department, there is one on East Colonial you should look into...

UPDATE: After further looking into to this, we found the harness under your seat to be damaged on this vehicle that you recently purchased from another dealership. A damaged harness is not covered under manufacturer's warranty. We recommend showing this to the dealership that the car was purchased from to resolve the situation since it was purchased recently. A vehicle that is sold at Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram would never be put for sale with a damaged part pertaining to safety, and if it was found to be so, we would take care of that vehicle since we stand behind the vehicles we sell at our dealership. --- Devin, our Service Director would like to hear more about your wife's visit to our dealership. We've bought two Jeeps from Shawn and couldn't be happier with them or him. Is great customer service, outgoing nature and help you gave us is not what you expect walking into a car sales room. We would recommend him and the dealership to anybody!

Bought a car two weeks ago and needed to let everyone know what an amazing experience I had. Don (new car sales manager) and Chuck (used car sales manager) , Gonzo (Jonathan Gonzalez-salesman) and Peter (salesman) did everything they could to make sure my needs were met. They located a vehicle, took care of me on my trade and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Gonzo, followed up on my delivery to ensure everything went as planned. David in Finance was just icing on the cake and just as awesome. Looking forward to my next Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicle from Airport Dodge. Give them a chance to earn your business.

I searched all over the internet for a car through every means possible and found exactly what I was looking for at Airport Chrysler. Sean was quick to respond and answered every question in specific detail. When I came down to drive and make the purchase the whole company was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them to other people looking to purchase a vehicle

The worst place I have ever seen, I was there for an interview and i met the requirements so I went through the tricking process that they told I was hired ... During the three days training they teach me and the other guys how to trick the customer and one the Slogans was -MAKE THE CUSTOMER BUY TILL THEY DIE. So you understand what do you expect from this dealership and once you gonna buy the car and if you notice that the car has an issue you go there tomorrow they says to you sorry we can do nothing if you want to fix it we have to charge you or try to trade in and they gonna valued 40% less . After we finish the ''tricking process'' we been asked to sign a payment from 59.99$ to Mr John that was the Couch. The most ridiculous that I have ever seen! DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE !

Florenc, this is definitely not the case of our dealership. We stand behind our product, stand behind our employees and we take care of customers well after the initial date of delivery. Our process has nothing to do with tricking a customer, but to provide them all of the information needed so they can make an informed decision when they are ready to purchase.

Julio was amazing, thoughtful and very knowledgeable of my options. He took his time to explain the numbers to me and get us to a price I was comfortable with and still getting what I had in mind. I woudl recommend anyone looking for a Jeep to come into Airport and request Julio Hernandez.
