Introduction

Knut Skjærven lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

He holds a M.A. (cand. mag.) from Bergen University, Norway, and a M.A. (mag. art.) from Copenhagen University, Denmark. Both within communications; aesthetics, sociology, psychology, history, philosophy and logics. He mastered in phenomenology and film.

The author has, among others things, been active as a free lance journalist and photographer. He has written lots of articles and a couple of books on the subject matter. 

For many years he worked within advertising/marketing/management/key account sales doing business development, business alliances, strategy and sales for a large international company situated in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Since 2012 he is a full time photographer, blogger/writer and researcher working out of Copenhagen, Denmark.
