Friendly and personal, clean, well organized and thorough! I adopted my 3 year old Siberian Husky from Gaston Co AC. This was the vet that she was sent to for her wellness check and spay surgery and I must say although I live in Charlotte we will continue to come to this hospital. I have had only two visits thus far, but I can list 10+ reasons why Wilkinson is a GREAT animal hospital. 1. They took my rescue baby for her check and surgery on a day that they do not normally do surgeries. That was greatly appreciated! 2. Nikita was filthy, had an awful stench and was matted from her previous lack of care. They gave her multiple baths and brushed her until she looked like a brand new dog. 2. After her wellness check my baby was found to be positive for multiple intestinal and heart worms. They warned me that this would be expensive but they broke down the cost of everything so that I could make my own decisions instead of just racking of a huge bill and pushing the max treatments and services they can think of like some vets do. Like others mentioned the techs do try to take your animal for tests before even seeing the doctor so beware of that. And 3. the doctors are very thorough. I have seen Dr. Kim and Dr. Moore and they were both detailed in their explanations and options for Nikita's treatment and did not rush me when I started to ask questions. They are good about providing you with brochures for you to take home. They are up to date on new breakthroughs in pet care that make me feel that Nikita will get the best care possible here. The last thing that really stood out to me was that the nurse called a week or so after I took Nikita home to check to see how she was doing and if I had any questions. That shows me that they really care about the well being of their patients. I hope this wonderful service continues so I can finally say I have found the right vet for my animals.

Very satisfied. I was recommended to Dr. Moore as he practices both traditional and holistic. They are extremely thorough and had good bedside manors for both our dogs and us. I read all the Google reviews. A tech did ask me to start some tests before the doctor had even seen our dog. I said sure once the doctor had seen him. They seemed satisfied. I would recommend them to you having seen many vets in this area. I feel confident our pets are in great hands.

Awesome facility. Very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and know how to reassure you and your pet during a stressful time. There are cute pictures of happy pets all over the place and it makes for a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

I am new in the area and was trying to find a veterinarian. I have been to many vets and every vet has always come into meet me and my pup and talk about things before anything was done, once they understand that my pup has anxiety they perform all test, blood draws, and shots with me there so he is calm. In this case, a tech came in after 45 min and insisted on doing a bunch of test I wasn't comfortable with. She whisked my dog away. He came back limping due to a injury he most likely re-aggravated when he turned around and realized I wasn't there. They likely tried to hold him down for blood draw. I waited another 45 min and despite only one customer ahead of me I still never saw the Dr. I went to the lobby and noticed that people who came in 30 min after me were already serviced and leaving. So after waiting over 90 min without seeing a Dr and having my pup injured I decided to leave. All I wanted was flea meds and to find a vet in the area for my boy, instead I wasted a couple hours and went home with my pup limping again.

Great Veterinary office!! I have been taking my two dogs to Wilkinson for over three years and we love it. My dogs are always welcomed and loved on and treated with the best care. I would recommend Wilkinson Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a great staff and facility. I have had my pets groomed and boarded at Wilkinson also, and they always come home looking so great, smelling great and so happy. The veterinarians and technicians are always so friendly and helpful, my pets have had a couple of health issues and they have fully recovered with the care they were given. The reception staff is also very pleasant on the phone and when I come in. Never had a bad experience at this vet.
