My brother just graduated from Basic Training at Lackland Air Force Base, so we brought him and his buddy here for lunch. The waitress was wonderful and was extremely prompt with our orders. We were served bread right away and asked several times if we wanted refills. She also came to the table several times to make sure we were enjoying our food, and everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. Near the end of the meal, my brother and his buddy ordered cheesecake, and the waitress brought it out and said dessert was on her and to have a wonderful day. Definitely a great experience, and I would come here again in a heartbeat!

Service was slow and seem confused. The floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all that day. It took about 40 minutes to get our basic pasta dishes. They charge too much for what you get. I mean come on, $26 for a 12 oz ribeye, while I can see Saltgrass out the window and k own that their 20 oz ribeye is better and still cheaper. I will never visit again.

First off this was my first time ever visiting i can't even say eating cause my food was cold and tasted burnt so it had to be sent back so i didn't enjoy any food and the service was horrible our waitress visited our table twice and the manager never came by to apologize and also they were not busy at all so no reason for any of this to happen. I will never come back to this restaurant!

Our experience was an absolute wash. Our bar server was great, the issue was with the kitchen. The food was undercooked and sent back, only to come back out over seasoned and overcooked... You could hear the head chef fighting with his staff. There were tables all around us that hadn't received their food in a timely manner and the manager was making his apology rounds. This experience will be our last for this restaurant.

We were party of eight people and old lady in the reception area is not most polite at all. She told us "it would take a very long time to give you a table even though the restaurant was pretty much empty. After 10 minutes, they arranged the tables close to women's restrooms. It passed 15 minutes and no one showed up yet and we left the restaurant and went to Carrabbas's Italian Grill. Sorry there are a lot of good choices in san antonio.

I absolutely loved the food, best alfredo sauce I have ever tasted. This was my first visit this place and I am going to be a regular customer. What was the best part was our waiter (Dean), he took care of our every need (even before we asked) and he was even sweet enough to listen to my aunt who loves to talk. I hope this company knows what a gem they have.

Worst experience I've had in years. I ordered Tea and asked for Sweet-N-Low 4 times and when the meal was just about over the server returned after the 5th ask and said, "We are out." The mushroom appetizer had a funny taste to it. One of our party ordered a pizza and after taking the order the server returned and said, "We are out of pizza doe." At 4:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday? WTH? I ordered spaghetti and asked for butter and it took over 10 minutes to get butter so the pasta was cold by the time I was ready to eat it.We walked out of there paying a $56+ dollar tab and ate almost nothing. This place is off our list and probably should be off yours too.
