Stay away from these guys. Rude, offensive, and completely a rip-off dealer.

BBB is helping me with the lawsuit, not slander... Truth. $1600 fix to get the tuck to run and a check engine light that was intentionally disconnected according to the mechanic. Slander, that's laughable.

US gun deaths way down. Most think it's gone up. Thanks, alarmist media!

A new Pew study found US gun homicide rates have dropped by half since 1993, yet a majority of Americans think gun deaths have gone up.

I think that's generally true of many things -- life keeps getting safer, better and generally more awesome, yet everyone thinks it's getting worse.

Worst car dealership I have ever been to. MJ, one of the managers, was rude and completely a 1980's-dirty-car-scum-bag type. They will not only mislead you, they will lie directly to your face. The reviews posted on Google are mostly self-generated which is easy to spot if you simply click on the names or pictures. This is yet another way they deceive their customers. We will be filing a BBB and Attorney General complaint against them. My advice: Stay away, there are quite a few reputable dealers right down the road.

The car business has been deemed a dirty and unsavory industry for years; Chevrolet of Puyallup is challenging that notion. Out SUV was on it's last leg and we needed a new car. When I visited the dealership Kevin Wagner, the salesman, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He respected our budget and pointed, he helped us look up research on the vehicles we looked at, and made our decision easy. We decided on a new Chevy Malibu from our previous research coupled with the help from Kevin. He listened to our needs and delivered on his promises. I begin to explain how impressed I was with every step of the process. When he brought his manager out I assumed it would be the beginning of "the old car approach" but I was wrong. Dean, the manager, was kind and helped my wife and I decide which bank structure we wanted. No pressure, no gimmicks. When we went into finance I thought, again, here comes the pressure, but it wasn't there. Nicaela, the finance manager, was compassionate, explained our additional coverage options, and continued to make the purchase amazingly smooth. My view on auto dealers is forever changed and I will recommend Chevrolet of Puyallup to every person I know that is looking for a vehicle. I also never purchase another vehicle anywhere else.

Great staff and the apartments are pretty nice. Very clean grounds and they are kept up diligently.

Customer service lied to us a couple times when we called about product availability and pricing. When we spoke to the manager and explained the situation she did nothing to remedy it or offer any solution at all. Ikea is usually pretty good with respect to service... not this one.
