Another South Florida golf course is a candidate for redevelopment. The Broward County Planning Council recommended approval of a plan to build 290 houses and 125 townhouses at the Crystal Lake Golf Course in Deerfield Beach. Final approvals will be voted on by the County Commission in August.

After 6 long years, Downtown Miami is finally getting a brand new office tower. The project which will be labeled as '110 10th' will consist of 600,000 SF of Class A office space. This project is an integral piece of the new Miami Worldcenter development and is within walking distance to the new All-Aboard Florida rail station.
