I had been there once before. We went a second time. And service was really slow. And then food that came out was not up to par for the group I was in. My burger was fine. But everyone else at my table wasn't 100% pleased with theirs. Now the manager was able to take care of the steak that came out incorrectly. And then offered a free dessert on the house. So that was a good act on their part. But getting our check took forever too.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I love the atmosphere, there are fireplaces and it's super cozy. The times I have been there for dinner they usually have a live band, or a musician playing. The music is never too loud and it always create a perfect dining environment. The food here is delicious, if you go you should try the steak and cheese egg rolls, because they are delicious. The service is great, the servers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If your in the area, stop here for something to eat!

While the customer service was great my wife and I were very unhappy with the food. Her $19 vegetable ravioli had maybe 6 raviolis, was mostly all artichoke hearts, and a very tasteless sauce. Not worth the money paid. I was very happy to be able to order a combo with prime rib and baked stuffed haddock as those are my two favorite things to order. The prime rib was delicious. However the au jus tasted like it had been watered down and lacked any type of flavor. I shrugged that off and tried the potatoes. They tasted rotten and where the worst mashed potatoes I have ever tasted. The final straw was the haddock. While the fish itself tasted fine the stuffing had the strongest fishy taste Ive ever experienced. Mind you I love fish and I know when something has a good fishy taste and a bad fishy taste. This was so bad I couldn't stomach to finish it. Final verdict.... great environment and service, horrible food. We will not be back.

Josh, I am very sorry to hear about the unsatisfactory food you received. We will certainly address these issues with our kitchen staff. I am confident that this was an isolated incident and hope that you give us another opportunity.

Poor service. Food was good but waitress was not attentive. Appetizer took 30 minutes to come out and dinner order still had not been taken, etc.

We go here frequently with large groups for drinks and apps, and until today they have accommodated us with happy hour pricing no matter where we were in the restaurant. We figured we were doing them a favor by not crowding the bar and running up and down the stairs for half price drinks and apps... we will be looking for other venues from now on for our groups of 15 to 30 people that spend 5+ hours ordering drinks. The owner doesn't seem to appreciate the business, or maybe we are costing him due to the volume at discount pricing... Either way, it's a poor decision. As for the restaurant: The service is always great. The atmosphere is great. The apps are good at half price. The regular menu items are just ok. I've tried them for dinner twice, and both times were sub par, save your money and go to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse, the steaks are better (and that's sad), I don't know what they are doing here, but I tried a prime rib - worst I've had. Since we aren't getting the happy hour pricing anymore, we'll probably be going to the Common Man from now on. It's closer and the food is better. Why bother fighting traffic?

This is a decent place with huge portions. We've had problems in the past with slow service. The kids love the mac and cheese. I usually get the Greek salad.

Went there last week for the first time, it was really good. We got a very nice and accommodating waitress, our food came out on time and very delicious. We were seated outside and it started to rain a little, they were very patient and nice when we asked if we could be moved inside. I had a really great experience there and would definitely go back again.
