Too many of us are carry around the anchors of yesterday..T.D. Jakes states we "Need to Let It Go," but before we sail the ship Colin Powell states we "Must have an End State". What is the Goal?  Then he says "We must set the benchmarks and task necessary to achieve them".  Denzel Washington states "... it's okay to dream but dreams are merely goals unfulfilled!"   In order to turn our dreams into goals ...we need discipline and commitment".  Les brown states, Get ready "it's going to be Hard but nothing worth while is every easy! And Now I have to quote Cory who states that "it's only difficult in a day but it will be impossible in a week." Thanks Cory for Thinking Big!

Remember the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds? “That’s about how fast your customers are deciding whether to do business with you or not. I still running into dealers (not you of course) that are missing the “opportunity to do business.”  Long ago, (before most of you can remember), the primary opportunity to do business was strictly on the lot, then the phone, then the internet, and now digital (most of us are just assuming Digital =Internet + Mobile but is not your new 50+” TV Digital? YouTube ready?).  Most dealers tell me they don’t have time, I can’t afford to hire someone just for that, etc.  I say you cannot afford not to be on YouTube for example.  I asked dealers who still have that “Manager’s meeting every week instead of Power Meetings to demand at every meeting one of the key managers to come to the meeting with a two 1 to 2 minute video “How To” That means Service, Parts, Body Shop, Fleet, New, Used, F&I and heck even you Porter can give a How Proper clean your new vehicle.  Are you counting, that is a video once a week for eight weeks…How much did that cost you? How much did it cost you not to do anything?

Stephon Stephon is one of 13 who serves as on the  Performance Improvement Consulting Team for Cobalt, a division of ADP, the world's leading provider of digital marketing solutions to automotive manufacturers and dealers. In is current role , he provides tailored training solutions and strategic planning for Dealership Management. Marketing, Sales, and Fixed Operations throughout the United States and Canada. 

Formerly the Digital Marketing Consultant and regioanl advisor exclusively for Infiniti USA West Region's automotive retailers assigned to the Dallas are which encompasses 13 states. Responsible for the analysis of e-business processes, provides coaching and training for dealership management including their Internet staff, and achieving overall digital performance improvement for Infiniti’s luxury brand through the most up to date information and research available, incorporating defined OEM program guides to repeatedly impact digital marketing performance. Overall, serves to continually analyze a dealer’s complete digital process, their eBusiness financial progress and performance to ensure implementation of appropriate process improvement techniques. 
 
In addition, Stephon served as the Regional Digital Solutions Manager for ADP/Cobalt’s Central Region where he was responsible for the sales, implementation and training of Digital Marketing Systems and Digital Advertising campaigns throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining BZ Results, Stephon’s experience spans over 20 plus years in Automotive Retail and Consulting. Starting from a Lot Porter, he has worked his way up thru position of General Manager before leaving to become a Dealer Candidate. He is Master Certified in Sales, Sales Management and Internet Sales and a 300/500 Sales Legend.

 During his first two years with BZ, Stephon has implemented numerous “Best Practice Workshops” throughout the Midwest sharing how the top dealers are shifting their strategy from traditional advertising to the internet. He has been the featured speaker for the 2007 NAMAD Regional Honda Meeting, 2008 NAMAD Lexus Toyota Annual Meeting, 2008 FMMDA Conference, 2008 GMMDA Annual Conference, and the 2008 AFMMD Annual Confernece. Most importantly, he has personally partnered with dealers who experienced up to 400% growth in Internet Sales since implementing a Digital Marketing System.  His passion is to help dealers Find Sell and Keep a higher quality and quantity of customers for less cost while keeping them loyal to both sales and service.

Entered active military service in the U.S. Army in June 1986 at the rank of E-2 and achieved the rank of Captain within 10 years of outstanding service.  As an enlisted soldier and noncommissioned officer, mastered small group leadership skills.  As a commissioned officer served as a Company Commander, Joint-Task Force Logistics Officer, Officer-In-Charge of Direct Support Unit, Battalion Logistics Officer, Battalion Maintenance Officer, Battalion Adjutant, Battalion Personnel Officer, Company Executive Officer, Combat Engineer Platoon Leader, mastered corporate managerial skills to include written correspondence, oral presentations, multi-million dollar operational and budgetary planning, project management, maintenance management, on-the-job safety, personnel training, supervised 120+ workforce, developed procedural guidelines and policies, and performed quality control of work performed by contractors in United States, Europe, Central and South America, and Southwest Asia. Honorable discharge June 1996.

I recently moved to the area with my 2014 F150 CC 4X4. Found that the Schumacher Lincoln store was very close to my job but was concerned about the previous reviews. I decided to take a chance to save time to get my recommended maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised form the initial call to the actual visit. No appointments needed! They had me in and out ahead of my estimate. The staff very welcoming and even helped me get acquainted to the area. I have been to Ford/Lincolns stores across the country and this is one the best! If you haven't tried them lately…you ought too!

I asked my niece where would she like to go for lunch..my treat. She took me here and I was impressed with the decor, the food was awesome and prices reasonable. She recommend this as a nice place to take my next date....I agree! She is only 14 LOL! There is wisdom in the youth!

Awesome experience! I was trying to make an impression...and boy did I!. Thanks to all the awesome service and person attention from the entire staff. The food was out of sight too! Might be too much for the first date...how are you going to top this place for overall food, atmosphere, and service!

Excellent choice if you are looking for a welcoming experience and teaching vs preaching approach. Great mix of congregation youth, young adult, couples, seniors, etc. Two services on Sunday, Both Christian educational programs and separate Traditional Sunday School.
