His betrayal wasn't that deep.  He did build us an interstellar spaceship.  He reigns over a nuked wasteland!  Even though I insured his populous was quite happy, or at least content.

Might not be scary, but it is definitely atmospheric, and I am digging that!

Well I plan on getting a rejection letter if I ever get my book finished. It has been sitting at 23,000 words for awhile, but you are right it is helpful when unmotivated or blocked to start filling in space, and before you know it the 900 words has written itself.
