I purchased a window washing service with D&M window washing through Groupon. The first appointment it was raining and the someone from D&M called which recommended for me to re-schedule because he didn't want to have to re-do the washing. I did appreciate that but he said someone would call to reschedule which never happen. Then when i had time I scheduled another appointment which I wanted them done prior to giving my daughter's baby shower. He scheduled me for May 30th.  I called at 8 am to confirm the appointment which I had to leave a message but I received no return call. Then I called at 12:05 which I had got someone from the company and he said they were running behind. Then at 3:27  I had left a message with no return call. Then I called again at 4:29 which I got someone again and he said he was going to find out what is happening. I never received another called. I called at 6:15 pm to let them know I would be posting a negative review unless I did receive a call. 
I never complain....I have never done a negative review before but this really upset me. I worked in retail and the customer is very important to us. I am loyal to people who do services for me and at work since I am responsible to hire subs. 
All I want is the truth. All I want is a refund and I will find a company who wants my business.
