Update on AndroiDAQ

My designer just published his first book titled "The Ultimate AndroiDAQ Guide". It has been a long time in the making, as it seems that he always found things to change. In that vein and where it seems that technical books such as this are never really finished (He has a lot of other ideas that he will be adding into the book in the future), he opted to use LeanPub as his media distribution outlet. This will allow all his readers/customers to benefit from the book in its current form now, and as future edits are added, they will receive notification of the updated versions of the book. The book is available in the three most popular reader formats for your reading pleasure.  We have a new blog post about the AndroiDAQ oScope for LabVIEW. It is a new LabVIEW application VI that is now included in Controlled Capture Systems’ AndroiDAQ DEMO for LabVIEW library project. oScope allows you to acquire a user set number of analog to digital samples at user set time-based intervals, much like a digital oscilloscope. oScope uses LabVIEW’s Waveform graph to plot the received sample data from the AndroiDAQ module to give you a visual representation of the signal.

AndroiDAQ is a complete Data Acquisition system for Android. The AndroiDAQ module is very small, fully programmable, and very powerful, multi-cored single-board, wired and wireless data acquisition platform, used for electronics prototyping and development. AndroiDAQ is very low cost per channel data acquisition and I/O control device that was designed to meet the many shortcomings of other commercially available data acquisition products. AndroiDAQ has 16 digital/analog I/O channels, all of which can be used for Counter/Event channels. This allows for very diverse data acquisition applications. AndroiDAQ has the highest counter channel count available compared to other low-cost data acquisition modules.

AndroiDAQ can be used for robotics, process monitoring and control systems, smart peripherals and appliances, and anything else your imagination can dream up. This module is compatible with  Android™, LabVIEW™, JAVA™, Python, and other programming languages.  

With this module, you can easily design and develop robotic control drive systems with feedback, remote data acquisition and control systems, and control interfaces for electronic sensors and circuitry; all of which can be directly controlled by your Android phone, PC, Laptop, or tablet, under Windows, Linux, or other operating systems.
