Nashville Creditors Rights Lawyer at Bone McAllester Norton, PLLC & Chronic Complainer
I am a Creditors Rights Attorney at Bone McAllester Norton, PLLC, a law firm in Nashville. This involves debt collection, creditor bankruptcy, foreclosures, and generally going to chancery or bankruptcy court a lot during the week.

I blog about creditor's rights issues at Creditor's Rights 101.

When I'm not at work, I'm probably trying to get a run, bike ride, or, shudder, a swim in.

I live in Nashville and made advance reservations for Saturday night dinner at 8:00pm. We arrived about 45 minutes early (7:15-ish) and were given the opportunity to dine on the pretty patio. But, the service was horrendous. After placing our order at around 7:45, it took about 45 minutes to get our first appetizer, and then another 45 minutes to get our salad. The restaurant didn't seem particularly busy, and the servers just disappeared for long stretches of time. We had ordered a handful (5 or 6) of their smaller plates, and so we had no special or strange requests. After sitting there for an hour and 45 minutes, we asked for our check and to cancel the remainder of the order. A host came out to explain that the "kitchen was crazy," but did not offer any discount on our check. A completely wasted dinner date. The couple beside us had the same experience. The only upside was that we didn't feel guilty eating Soul Burgers at Ernestine and Hazels after we left Felicia Suzannes.
