new training routine to drop body fat and increase mass, just to push the body fat down even further:

mon - chest
tues - back
weds - shoulders
thurs - arms
fri - legs

morning doing 1 set per exercise, high rep 20 - 30
finish the morning with abs

evening doing 3 sets per exercise, first set 10 reps, second 8, third 6,
then drop weight and do a drop set of 20 reps
