Extremely rude employees. No shades at the pool. Sheets and carpet looked dirty. Small amount of breakfast for all the guests staying there. Unsatisfied for the amount charged. They wouldn't be my first choice to stay there again.

The amazing. Drove about 6 hours to get to Grand Prairie, got in about 8 am. I went to the front desk to ask when check in time was. The lady told me at 3, but she then told me "let's me see if we have any available rooms open." She did, I switched my king size for two full and a queen pull out couch. Not only that she even told me they were serving breakfast and we were welcomed to join. Getting in the room. Room was kinda hot but easily fixed, everything is beautiful. Two nice full sized beds, huge tv, bathroom is about normal, a study nook in front of the couch with a beautiful counter space for coffee, and also a mini fridge with storage underneath. Enough to fit a good 4 people comfortable. Very clean. The Breakfast Hot and ready! Real plates, cups, and silverware. They had a cold breakfast and a hot. Just wonderful! The Pool Very clean and wonderful. The Staff Everyone has been wonderful! 100% Everytime we left or came back, we were greeted with smiles and just happy employees. Overall, wonderful experience, I will be back in the future!

Went to visit my family who was staying at this hotel and as soon as you walk in it smelled so lovely. The lobby was very nice and the rooms looked great! Would definitely say here on my next trip.

Hotel a bit dated. But overall nice enough. No problems. Staff was courteous.

The front desk was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Nice snack bar and small alcohol bar in lobby. Good, hot breakfast. Convenient to Six Flags and Verizon Theater.

Our first room had a water leak problem and i got the impression they were just going fill it with other guests instead of fix the issue. Deapite a quarter of the floor being soaked. Breakfast was slightlt below expectations and breakfast space was too small for the number of guests. Other than these issues, the rest of the accomodations met expectations.

The Hyatt was clean and friendly. Breakfast was Fresh and plenty. Now there was some aspects of the hotel that needed updating.

I chose this hotel over others in the vicinity mainly because of the Hyatt brand name. I was not impressed. It felt like an average motel. The rooms are very dated. You can tell from the condition of the furniture, carpets, drapes etc. The bed was terrible. One of those cheap mattresses which sag the minute you lie down. I could feel the bed springs push up against my body. Couldn't sleep. Not really what I imagined a Hyatt hotel to be. I don't really recommend.
