Terrible. Tech showed up said he fixed my dryer, charged me $92. Guess what? Dryer wasn't fixed. I called Cust Svc. Guess what their system was 'down' so they couldn't help me. I told the rep and the manager can't you just call dispatch or the tech and send him back out they said they are not 'authorized' to do that. I called 2 hours later, the system was up the cust svc rep said we'll send the rep right back out and dispatch will call you. No one called, no one came out. So i set an online appt for the next morning. I got an email confirmation. No one showed up. I called cust svc. At first they claimed to have no record of my appt. Then they 'found it.' Explanation, the tech thought it was a duplicate so cancelled the call. No phone call to me, they didn't read the notes i put in nothing. The 'best' the cust svc rep could do was schedule a call for the next day. So, here i sit waiting on a third call for the dryer sears 'fixed.' I'm taking bets on if they actually show up. Thinking about it i really don't mind that this is a public post. just hope sears gets their act together. We all know how their business is doing...
