Conference House Park was THE place to be this weekend. The volunteers from Open House NY were terrific. The Conference House Association's October Festival was awesome. Natural Areas Conservancy led amazing ecology tours. We met people from all over the tri-state -- Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey. A++++++++ everyone!

9/12/2015: Spent the day, a good day, at the 1776 September Celebration at Conference House Park. Kids had fun flying handmade kites. Met a man in his 80s who said the park was his boyhood playground. Great stories. He was glad to see it preserved, not developed. Conference House Park - what a treasure!
