Outside being told that I had to go to the back of the line, cashier not paying attention, I thought the experience would get better. WRONG...the food was too salty. Fried rice was half cooked, potstickers had no taste except salt and I have no ides what the stuff was inside. How does someone completely ruin am Asian meal. Come here and find out. Overcooked and too salty chicken bits.

I had Pad Tia and it was fair at best. For anyone on the road like I was and isn't familiar with this chain it is not really a sit down. You place your order like a burger joint and they bring you your food. Honestly this was probably one of the poorest versions of Pad Tia that I have had

I told myself that I would never go back to this restaurant again from my last experience I had. The manager with the curly RED hair told a Co-Worker of mine that " She feels sorry for his mama ". That was a few months ago. Because I love the taste of Pei Wei, i decided to return to see the same Curly Red Head there. I called my order in @ 6:22 pm. I was told that my food would be ready @ 6:45. As I sat there I noticed others getting there food, that ordered after me. As time passed I got up to show that I was still waiting on my food. No one said shit to me. They left me standing there like I didn't exist. I had to be back at work at 7pm, so I left. Once on the road I called to let them know that I was coming to get my money back.. I left with no food or money previous. The young lady who answered the phone was rude as hell. I told her plain and simple that i was the man that had just left and was coming to get my money back. She told me that i had to speak with her manager. I told her that I didn't wish to do that, she insisted that I speak with her after I repeatedly told her no. I got my money back finally. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PEI WEI. felt like Racism lil bit. WOW!

Only been here once. Very picky easter with an incredible palate. Korean Spicy w/shrimp was delicious!! You can choose your spicy level. I chose the most spicy and it wasn't too bad. Nice veggie/meat/rice balance. Everything tasted very fresh and cooked well. Veggie spring roll was one of the best I've ever had! ! I was pleasantly surprised with Pei Wei.

Fast asian fusion. You order at the front and sit down to eat or go. Food is prepared fresh in full view of patrons. Not a buffet trough steam table cafeteria. I have eaten here twice and did not get sick. It is cycling distance from my place, so I will prolly eat here again. Outdoor dining provides spectacular view of Collins Street traffic.

I always forget what I like here, that's my only complaint, so I'll record it for myself here: tofu fried rice with spicy special-requested
