Is the new HTC One the best Android phone yet?

Watch!: http://twit.tv/tnt/971

HTC launched its HTC One M8 phone this morning. Like the original, the new HTC One has an aluminum body with front-facing speakers. The five-inch screen is slightly bigger than the original, and the corners of the phone are rounder. It also has two cameras on the back. In other words, all the rumors about it were true.

Is this the best Android phone ever made? Join me, as well as co-host +Jason Howell, guest co-anchor +Jessica E. Lessin (The Information) and our interview guests +Dan Seifert (The Verge), +Tom Cheredar (+VentureBeat) and +Robert Hernandez ( +University of Southern California) as we discuss the HTC One and the other big tech news of the day!

Nice
Since 1890 we've been talking about the need to legislate privacy in public spaces when the first Kodak Brownie Cameras appeared.
Maybe this conversation has been going on for too long ... I think we're getting to the bottom of it.

My thoughts on driving with Glass

My commute from traffic to campus, as seen through #Glass and a vignette.

In solidarity I wore my pair of Glass while driving today.... quite honestly, they are fantastic for getting directions!
A cop just stopped me and gave me a ticket for wearing Google Glass while driving!
The exact line says: Driving with Monitor visible to Driver (Google Glass).
Is #GoogleGlass  ilegal while driving or is this cop wrong???
Any legal advice is appreciated!! This happened in California. Do you know any other #GlassExplorers  that got a similar ticket anywhere in the US?
