I bought my wedding band here. What'shisname helped me find a ring that fit then gave me a good price. Best (and only) pawn shop I have ever been to.

Weirdest outgoing message I've ever heard, on any continent. I forgot whether I was in Malaysia or Nashville for a sec. Hello?

I need to confirm these poor reviews for this particular store under the management of Ron Nash. If you're in an emergency and this is the closest store to you, they should be able to do a fine job of handling your package if you're paying for it at the store and don't care what it costs. However, if you're looking for any level of "customer service" for the long haul, look elsewhere. I've been using this store repeatedly for more than 7 years, and not once has someone recognized me. Sure, it's not how I would run my business, but that in itself isn't a big deal. Until yesterday, when the owner comes out and asks me to move my car while I'm taping up a mailing tube (so that I don't incur the extra charge) before I go in. There is just no level of "hi, thank you for using our services, come back." It's more like: "why are you here? leave it over there. that'll be $35." The main gripe I have with this place though, is you can't seem to reach them by phone reliably, which can make moving your merchandise reliably a lot tougher.
