Very slow service! Frozen margarita was done in wrong glass and not frozen. Waiting on table for 20 minutes and no silverware yet. A weird mildew smell all over the restaurant. The chef's cut steak was dry and in need of marinade.

Worst place to go on a friday . Even if you just want to eat they ask for an ID . Last night me and a friend stop by we wanted to get some food and the stupid police lady was so aggressive & disrespectful toward us , after my friend hand her an id .. She quickly said it was fake when it wasn't . This lady had something personal going . Never again this restaurant has poor management and bad service .

The manager on duty on Friday, November 11, 2011 (VETERAN'S DAY!) was extremely rude to my party. My boyfriend was wearing a hat that read "Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran" and was asked to take the hat off due to a no-hat policy. He was clearly singling out my boyfriend who is a Air Force Veteran. There at least 5 other customers in our sight wearing hats. Fashionable hats, team hats, or do-rags. The manager did not ask any other customers to remove their hats until my father approached him privately. The manager then continued to glare at my boyfriend and the party I was with for the remainder of our time at the restaurant. The lack of respect, on his part, on Veterans Day, of all days, has left my family and boyfriend feeling very disrespected and hurt. The sacrifices that all Veterans make for their country does not deserve the complete lack of respect from a Ruby Tuesday's manager. Veterans make sacrifices for the citizens of the United States of America that go above and beyond their time in uniform. Service members sacrifice their entire lives in one way, or another, and taking off a hat should be least of anyone's concerns. Especially one that mentions being a Veteran on VETERAN'S DAY! I submitted this experience to Ruby Tuesday's and I strongly hope that this matter is addressed with the manager on duty so that no other service members visiting the restaurant receive the same treatment that my boyfriend did that evening. Veterans Day is a day to thank our service members for what they have given to all of us.

I've been to this restaurant three times now, and every time it has been bad. The first time, I was seated and no one even gave me a glass of water for almost half an hour. When I finally flagged someone down, they said they'd find my waitress, and it still took 10 minutes after that. Food service continued to be slow, and then when I was finished, I sat there with my dirty dishes for another half hour, before the manager asked if I could leave so they could put new people at the table. I let her know that I hadn't even received my check yet! The last time I went, I wanted to order from the beer specials, and the waitress said they don't do the beer specials at this location because there are too many bars nearby. (??) Neither of the two appetizers I ordered were available. I was finally tempted to ask the waitress to list the things that were available and maybe this would go faster, but instead I just left. Do yourself a favor and eat at one of the many good restaurants along this stretch of 7th Street.

My friend and I were visiting and touring Washington DC when we got hungry. We went down the strip of restaurants and saw the Ruby Tuesday and thought that would be an excellent choice to sit down, relax, and get a delicious meal. But we were wrong. I have eaten at many Ruby Tuesday before because I like your food a lot. But this occasion seemed like they just did not care. My friend order the Smokehouse Burger and was not told they were out of onion rings until he got his plate and the were missing. I order the chicken parmesan and was only given one biscuit. I order the italian dish due to the wonderful taste of your biscuits that come with the meal. When I ask for more, the waitress said they were making them and it would only be about 5 minutes. I was okay with that until I saw they lady at the bar be given plate after plate when asked. Food seemed to take extra long, our waters were not getting filled, and lack of customer service the waitress showed. Due to this I gave a tip that I felt was deserved. Now with being in the food service my whole life and a manager of a restaurant, I was very surprised. From there I just left unsatisfied and left it behind me. Then a week later, I was checking out my bank statement and saw they changed the amount of my bill. I am not one to file complaints but this is crossing the line. When I saw I was over-charged by the waitress and company, it makes me never want to step in a Ruby Tuesdays EVER AGAIN. I am very sorry but this action is shocking and awful.

I'm a fan of the chain ruby tuesday's. And thats the only reason I came back two more times after what I thought was just an anomaly at this particular restaurant. But no. Each time I went, same thing happened. Sat down, waited for 15 minutes and no one came. Horrible management. This particular ruby tuesday's give the whole ruby tuesday's a horrible reputation.
