Overall, I would say I had a positive car buying experience here in the IPAC Jeep building. I had a fantastic, wonderful salesman, Juan Ramirez, who was just great. He spent a lot of time with me, taking time to understand what I was looking for and seeing how we could make that happen. He was not a high-pressure, in-your-face salesman, and I, for one, greatly appreciated that. He's a good listener and tries to accommodate your needs. I would give Juan five stars. Also, the dealership was more than generous with me on my trade in. My only negative experience here occurred in the financing office with a guy named Lynn. I had qualified for a fantastic interest rate, and when it came time to sign the paperwork, Lynn tried to talk us into another interest rate that was quite a bit higher through Chrysler Financing. He actually tried to argue the higher interest rate would be a better deal because of a rebate I'd get. I wasn't born yesterday and told him no thanks. Then he tried to pressure me into buying gap insurance and extended warranties and got upset when I said no. Would have been a perfect car buying experience if it wasn't for the financing guy at the end. Also, I found the shopping experience at the Jeep building to be much better. We went there specifically to buy a Jeep - I knew exactly what I wanted - and we got roped by some sales guys at the IPAC Nissan building next door who were very aggressive about trying to make a sale. I just wanted a Jeep, not a Nissan. The Nissan guys seemed reluctant to let us leave so we could walk to the Jeep building next door, which I found annoying. But I lucked out when I finally got to the Jeep building and got Juan for my salesman. Also, I'm very happy with the Jeep I purchased. I'm really enjoying it.

Horrible service, rude management. We were refused food twice at Mi Casa Tamales Saturday night, yet the restaurant continued serving food to other customers after turning us and many other patrons away. After waiting in line quite a while the first time, they stopped serving due to what they called a "kitchen slowdown." They told everyone to come back in 30 minutes to place their orders. We went back 30 minutes later and waited in line a bit. The manager eventually informed us, quite rudely, that the people in line in front of us would be the last customers of the night and that the restaurant wouldn't be able to serve us. We went outside to say goodbye to our friends, and 30 minutes later, we saw two waitresses delivering full trays of tamales and tortillas to other customers in the outdoor venue area - the very same food we were hoping to order. Never seen a restaurant run this way. Very unprofessional. I won't be back.
