Amazing!!! I took my hamster in and they treated her in the best possible way. Spoke to a woman who knew so much about hammies. When I brought my hamster in there again in a bad state (they had all the best facilities for hamsters- weighing scales ect..) and she passed away they were nothing but short of amazing. They didn't ring me before my interview, didn't charge me and were so kind. Thank you again to the staff at vets4pets.

If you want the best treatment for your companion this is the place to go. Tom, Debbie, Ashley and the rest of the team have helped us so much over the years with our animals and those we have fostered for the rescue we work with. Compassionate, realistic and honest. I would recommend almost anyone to use them.

I have been giving my cats the Advocate treatment for several years. This Veterinary practice keeps on insisting on a consultation ££ before selling the product to me. I don't mind paying for my cat(s) welfare but I do resent being exploited ££ - that is what it feels like.

Tom is a very good vet. Vets4Pets policy of 'NO MOBILE SERVICE' is not good enough. When my dog (13 years old) was lying dying collapsed. I was told : get him here. THANKS.

I wouldn´t go anywhere else. Tom and his team, have looked after my pets for about 16 years now. He was recommended to me when I got an African Grey in 2000 as he is apparently a keen avian vet! I only had to take the bird once, but Tom saved his life. He´s been through new puppy to end of life with my dogs, over the years. gawd only knows what we shall do if he ever retires!

We would like to say Thank you to the whole team. Especialy to Tom and his nursing team. Our puppy had to have an operation after she broke her leg. Tom was very reassuring and we felt that our dog is in best hands. They've kept us informed and communicated with us throuhgout the whole process. Thank you again

Vets you can really trust. These guys have helped us through everything from routine checkups to some really tough times with both permanent residents and countless temporary fostered ones, always with the perfect balance of compassion and logic. Everything is done for the best of the animal.

Despite evidence to the contrary a vet there insisted that one of my rats didn't have a respiratory infection and that she had an allergy to the bedding (no matter how many times we changed type and brand!) We had a second opinion at Lynwood who referred her to Piddle Valley and it turned out that she'd had a viral infection for a good while! Respiratory infections left untreated in rodents can lead to heart failure and pneumonia. I've seen the resulting death of animals that have failed to respond to treatment and it is hellish to see them flail around in a panic, desperately gasping for some air while you are helpless to help them. It is a horrific way to die and had we listened to Vets4Pets and failed to get our rat medicated that fate could have been hers. This vet surgery was much better when it was owned by Companion Care.
