- Coaching BusinessManaging Director, present
Aged 25, Andrew set up his first business and steered it to a turnover of £11m within six years. Since then, he’s held senior management and professorial posts at a number of UK and International companies, including Cargill, during which he founded pioneering strategies for business development in Eastern Europe.
He is a visiting tutor at Oxford College of Marketing and has spoken as a guest lecturer at Coventry University, Cranfield University, the University of Warwick and Oxford’s Magna Carta College MA and MSc programmes, where hewas a former programme director for the college’s MSc programme in Entrepreneurship.
Therefore a notable feature of Andrew’s coaching and in company training is that it combines the level of learning required at any major business school delivered with a very direct and practical relevance to to-day’s real business needs. The effect is that he is able to provide innovative and sensible guidance personally tailored to meet the business development needs of growth oriented business leaders with a great deal of accuracy.
His articles and papers include; Breakthrough Strategy, How to Invent New Business and Share of Wallet. A sequel to Breakthrough Strategy; Discovering Unique New Business is planned for 2013.
His work goals and preferences are quite uncomplicated. He likes helping managers think through the tough choices that they all face and to help them distil from these the ones most likely to succeed. After all it is the business leader that is the only effective advantage a business can have in a competitive environment. Without it the world of work, the provision of outstanding value and the experience of profitable and sustainable success would remain resources and never become production.
