I have been a client of amc for almost 15 years. They are fair and discuss all my options. I had 2 dogs when they both passed away I got another dog. Most people are going to write negative reviews before they will take the time to write a good one. I love my pets like they were my kids. I feel very comfortable taking them there. Thanks Dr. Pearson and Dr. Kimmer and everyone at amc.

I have taken my pup here for preventative care and have had good experiences. I have read all the negative reviews and felt I needed to chime in on my positive experiences. It is a small clinic with knowledgeable doctors. My one pup is always nervous, but the vet was able to get her on his side which I was impressed. They love the pups. I think they have had some trouble finding the right staff, but I always know my pup is well taken care of. I have never had to use them for grooming so I can't comment on that. I typically see whichever doctor is available and they work well with my dog.

Very helpful staff, willing to go out of their way to help. One even spent time on her own personal phone in order to help me get a groupon discount for new patients because my phone was almost out of battery. The vet was very helpful in pricing things and upfront about options. Informative and no pressure! Down to earth and friendly with reasonable prices. Don't make you feel rushed or like you are not important. They have me while I live in the Waldo area!

The Customer Service was great, all workers were professional and very friendly. For that I give them a star, but unfortunately that's the only good thing that I can say. I arrived to find that they were out of one of the 2 vaccines that my dog needed. When I picked her up I found that they had not given her the other one either - with no explanation. I was greeted by a happy dog that had the worst hair cut I have literally ever seen. Uneven from head to toe, terrible straight lines, cut too close in some spots, down to the skin that was pink from the razor, long pieces left, totally missed. It is awful. I am horrified that I PAID for such an awful cut and am contacting them to communicate how upset I am. I will never recommend them or utilize their services again.

We Avoided Petsmart Banfield because of Dr. Kimmer, and to our surprise she works here as well. I will never let that "vet" lay hands on my animals ever. She's careless, disrespectful, and claims to have performed procedures on my animals that where never done. I'm paying more for my Vetcosts, but couldn't be happier That we changed Vets.

I've been taking my two dogs here for the last couple of years, both for basic grooming and for their medical needs, and have never had an overtly negative experience. My only major complaint would be that the staff typically treat the clients the way they are treated: If you or your pet are upset, they will match your mood in terms of aggression or agitation, while anyone who is friendly and courteous is treated the same. I know it can be hard to put your best foot forward when someone is upset, but that's when they need it the most. The only other complaint I might offer would be about the former business manager, but this week (the second week of August) the business changed hands, so I suppose all bets are off.

Today my dog Doodles was groomed here, he's a Lhasa Apso. I was so hurt when I returned to pick him up, he was returned to me butchered. I wanted to beat the crap out of the groomer when I saw him, he looked so much better when he was dropped off. I specially wrote on the intake form that his tail not be cut, the groomer literally cut it in clumps, totally uneven. She couldn’t have used a guard anywhere as he is nicked all over and pieces of hair are just hanging in places, his nails weren't even trimed. I was shocked at how awful he looks. I spoke with the groomer before he was left with her and she seemed to know what she was doing. Now I just want to cry when I see him. The groomer wouldn’t come out and talk when he was picked up. My warning to you, don't go here to have your dog groomed, if you do, be prepared for the worse.

When my tiny toy poodle broke his leg one evening, we took him to a pet hospital and they said we could amputate his leg or pay $2000 to do surgery to set the break. I could not believe it. I decided to take him elsewhere for a second opinion. I took him to Animal Medical Center the next morning. They were wonderful! The vet said he could splint the leg (which the other place said couldn't be done because of his size and the location of the break). When it was all over, my dog's leg was perfectly healed and I paid a little over half of what I spent at the other place for them to do nothing!
