I just bought my second vehicle from Portsmouth Used Car Superstore, through Brandon Small. He was extremely helpful, easy to talk to about my concerns, and helped make the car-buying experience less stressful and way more fun! I will continue going to PUCS and affiliated companies, as they really did work hard for me, and put me in my dream car!!!! Thank you to everyone! :)

Background: Interested in a Mazda3 at the time. Did not end up buying from them, but left with a good experience and will check again in the future. Pros: + Laurence was a good blend between salesman, car expert (afficionado?), and friendly. Never got the feel he would push me in the wrong direction, and listened intently to what I thought I wanted. + Laurence drove an hour that night to get the car of interest, only to find out it'd been sold! Called and explained the whole situation (at length), and was good enough to keep looking on my behalf. Even adjusted fire when I shifted my cars of interest Cons: + I know I walked in specifically asking about the Mazda 3, but I would've appreciated being made aware of other options in my price range. First car, I'm not the expert, etc., please help me. Summary: Laurence was great. Didn't buy from them, but will definitely make them one of my first stops next time around.

I had an accident and totaled my car the last thing I wanted to do was go and be pressured at a dealership or have to worry about my credit in this economy. I wasnt even sure I could qualify. I went to dealerships on Sunday after they closed just to avoid sales people and to take the time to check out what I might be interested in. The Superstore had a lot to offer. I finally bit the bullet and scheduled the appointment. I went in and met with the nicest guy. His name was Laurence he was so no nice and there was no pressure at all. I test drove a couple of cars and decided on the one I wanted. Then I sat with a gentlemen named Gary and he got me a payment I could afford and I got to walk out of the dealership that night with my new vehicle they even voluntered to bring my rental back for me the next day. I returned to the dealership the next day to bring in something I had prearranged to drop off and when I arrived Gary told me he had gotten another offer from a different bank and could actually lower my monthly payment by an additonal 15.00 dollars per month and cut 1000.00 off of the finance charges for the life of the loan all I needed to do was sign a few new forms which of course I did. I haven't had any service yet but Iook forward to seeing what they are like. My first oil change is free and I get free inspections for the life of the car. I love the Superstore and I will refer my friends and I will definately be a repeat customer. ***** :)

If you're not at the store don't even bother. I was going through the process of getting financed (which took absurdly long compared to other dealers) after about two days they finally got in touch with me and let me know that I was approved for the car of my choice, when I tried setting up a time to get the vehicle they told me they don't hold vehicles so it wasn't guaranteed I would even get the car. When I tried to email them about if I could come get it tomorrow because I was working today they didn't respond for over an hour so I had to call them and as I called they were selling the car they just financed me for. So if you don't live near them don't even waste your time because they don't hold cars for anyone so they'll probably sell the car while you're on your way down. This whole experience was a waste of time and a waste of a credit check, go somewhere else these guys are rude and provide terrible customer service.

I have never in my life experienced service as great as that at P.U.C.S. I was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly and courteous sales person by the name of Jesse Crafford who went completely above and beyond his duties of selling vehicles and treated me like a friend more so than a customer. We ate pizza, hung out, relaxed, and had an awesome time. I was there for a couple hours and drove out of there in a new vehicle the same afternoon. From the salesperson to the finance department and so on everyone made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will continue to buy vehicles from here from now on, thank you all those at P.U.C.S.

On saturday 9/16 mid afternoon looking for a new vehicle. Jim Delia was there with a kind/ friendly smile. Not your typical sales person, we felt no pressure from Jim. Jim was readily available to answer all of our questions and had no issue being honest when he didnt have the answer and quick to find the answers to question he didnt have answers to. We left saturday not sure if we were ready to purchase a new verhicle or not. We graciously thanked Jim and let him know we would get back with him tomorrow ( a sunday). Approx. and hour before they were due to close on sunday we called Jim wanting to see the vehicle one more time to assist us in making a decision, suprisingly Jim said he would wait for us to arrive. We arrive and not only were we interested in one vehcile but two vehicles. It being a late sunday afternoon getting financing would need to wait until monday. Well we expected it to take some time and need to negociate rates etc...We were pleasantly suprised come monday morning when Jim kindly let us know we had been approved for both loans and the intererst rate was amazing!! We drove our new vehicles home that day!! The wealth of knowledge our Sale rep had was truely an asset and we will reap the benefits of his knowledge for years to come. Thank you Jim and Portsmouth Used Car Superstore. I rate the Service as very good and not excellent simply because after purchasing two vehicles when i asked for a spare key for my vehicle and they didnt have one available and suggested I go have Jeep make me one . all I could think and say aloud is jeeze just bought two vehicle you could have beared the expense of a key for me. All in all it was a great experience! Portsmouth Used Car Superstore will be where we make our next vehicle purchase. Thank you Jim and all those that worked behind the scenes to amke our experience a memoriable one. Rachel

Where do I begin? I guess with the excellent and knowledgable staff. From the get go, it was all about what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. Jim was my Sales person. John in Finance. Susan via email and phone coversations. Not one of these people pressured me. They were all superb at their jobs. I felt welcomed. And more importantly.... like I mattered!!!! When I left the dealership last night, I had the vehicle I have been wanting (even though I didnt know until I test drove it) and floated home happy with the price, payment, and l am still smiling today!!!!!! I was told to 'pick something out" ...... I did try different cars and settled on a 2011 Chevy Impala LT.... What a ride! Beautiful. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this dealership and the people who work there. I have referred family and they have purchased recently as well. Seriously, STOP WHAT YOUR DOING! Go see JIM AND JOHN!!!! GO NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Everyone!!!!

I was very happy with the experience ---I was very happy with the vehicle that I found and it was very well handled. At this writing I have not picked up the car yet but if after the sale is as good as I was treated before and during the sale I will be back and will tell my friends.
