The future is now

BRS labs uses neutral networks to detect anomalous patterns and user behavior.

Analyzing CCTV footage and automatically making decisions about abnormal behavioral patterns it's a one-of-a-kind system for surveillance monitoring.

Scary... and... Exciting

If you love Chromecast as much as I do but are running Linux and can't figure out how to cast your screen to your TV, here's a great tutorial on how to make it work.

You might need to install Chromium rather than Chrome in order to download the GoogleCast chrome extension...

Looks like listening to music on a plane is NOT going to bring a place down. Wow. What a finding.

It took an entire committee to come to this conclusion?

One one hand, safety is extremely important and I'm willing to turn off my Nexus for 5 min. On the other, the notion that my cell phone will disrupt a machine that's already processing multiple kilowatt (megawatt?) or electric energy and flying into a blipping airport with its own cell towers and wifi routers is dumb.
Maybe next step they will allow bringing my kid's light-up plastic sword they turned away last time he flew? Bigger miracles have happened...
