Did you know: When The Nutcracker premiered in Russia in 1892, it was less than successful. http://bit.ly/1adp4It The 20-minute suite produced by Tchaikovsky, however, was a smashing hit, and just as many great works of art aren't recognized for their inherent beauty and mastery until years later, The Nutcracker found a cult following during the 1960's in America and has been a beloved theatrical tradition ever since. This year, enjoy the finesse and grace of our favorite holiday musicals, featured at the Ohio Theatre from Dec 12 - 24. http://bit.ly/1adp4It

It’s holiday time in Room One and that means drama! http://bit.ly/1adp4It Featuring all of your children's favorite zany characters, this storytime performance has all the laughs, verve, and energy of it's starring heroine - Junie.B. This time Tattletale May keeps picking on Junie B. Jones, and hilarity ensues when Junie B. draws May’s name for Secret Santa. This endearing holiday performance runs through December 22nd at the Columbus Children's Theatre. http://bit.ly/1adp4It

Terrible! This hotel should be ashamed of themselves. From the get go they had my reservation confused. First I had too many rooms and when I went to check in at 1:30am after a wedding, they said I had no room. Mind you, I had 27 rooms booked for my sons wedding. The front desk clerk had no business being there, she had NO customer service skills at all. If she were employed by me, she would be out of a job. After complaining, they gave me a 30% reduction on my sons room. Really, they should have comped the entire thing. I will never go back there and I will tell anyone who listens to never use that hotel. The valet would not release my daughters car until I checked out, but I could not check out, because they never gave me a room to check in to. Avoid this place at all costs, Go up the road to the Hilton.

We had a great experience here! My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The lady who checked us in gave us an upgraded room with a view of the city and free wifi as well as coupons for free champagne and dessert at the restaurant because we were there for our anniversary. The room was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable with LOTS of feather pillows. The view was really cool and we got to watch the Saint Patrick's day parade from our windows. Parking is a bit of a pain unless you choose vallet parking but that's just how Columbus is. :) A great stay.

Let me start with the good. The room was asymmetrically shaped, and it was very classy. I had a wonderful view, and for the most part (I think due to where I was at) there was little noise. The staff was friendly at check in.... The bar was great. Now on to the not so good things. A colleague of mine (who was on the trip with me) found bed bugs in her room. The staff did not answer the phone several times when I called for room service/convenience items. The bathroom was dirty AND dusty. The toilet was not cleaned entirely, and neither was the bathtub. Since this was a all expense paid for work trip, I decided to use 3 stars instead of 1.

Great location. Check in was easy and the room was fabulous. Had an issue with the valet service on leaving, BUT Hyatt went above and beyond my expectations. George, gentleman at Registration, really stepped up to the plate. He was all a person could ask for when an issue like this arises. I explained the issue and in a heartbeat he took my name and looked up my stay and made an adjustment to my bill. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Poor service at the front desk; room service that's sub-par. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Stayed on the 19th floor in a corner room. Nice room and was surrounded by windows on 3 sides. Hotel is walking distance from many bars and restaurants and is located in a very safe neighborhood. I would stay here again.
