The Market Cafe had decent good and it came out quickly. The bar had some table seating which was good for our large group. The two cocktails that were made for our group were horribly weak and not very good at all. A few local beers on tap.

This is an awesome hotel! The lobby is nice with professional and kind staff.. We came to this hotel because we were visiting a patient at the James Cancer Hospital. The staff member that checked us in said she was very sorry about our situation. When we got back after dinner, she had a note, 2 Pepsi cans, 2 Sprite cans, a bunch of candy bars, a popcorn bag, and a free movie admission ticket for the hotel to thank us for staying at this hotel! To park at this hotel, you have to park in a garage for a fee. Use the chestnut garage. You can take the sky bridges to get from the garage to the hotel Without even going outside. Take the elevators or stairs in the parking garage to level 3 to access the sky bridge. Now, the room. I stayed in room 1546 on the 15th floor. The view was amazing looking into downtown. The rooms were decent sized. The ceilings could be updated, they look dated. The beds are comfy. The bathroom is small, but is nice. The shower floor was dirty, but wasn't too dirty. This hotel features a business center, pool, and fitness center. The business center is located on the lobby level by the front desk. The pool and fitness center is located in the basement. The pool is decent sized, no hot tub. The fitness center is nice. My biggest concern is the elevators. There is only 4 elevators for 20 floors. About every time i ride them, the elevator is packed with people. They are very busy and should get some faster elevators. The elevators could use a modernization, Kone EcoDisc would be perfect. The elevators they currently have is Montgomery/ Kone elevators. This hotel features escalators on the lobby, second, and third floor, and throughout the skywalk bridge. Some are Kone, some are Schindler. This is an awesome hotel and I definitely recommend it! It is more on the expensive side, but is totally worth the money.

Excellent service, very pricey but I was here on work so I can't complain personally. I did find that room service took quite a while to arrive after having the wrong menu in my room, but the maintenance crew was fantastic with my TV went down through no fault of theirs. Would definitely recommend for business travel as well as for Family Travel.

We had a company event in the Franklin room; the staff was prepared early and very attentive. The food was well-prepared, featuring steak tips and bruchetta. I have not spoken with anyone who had issues with valet or other hotel services. Overall I was impressed at how easy it was for them to host a 4-5 hour company event for ~250 people.

Stayed here during a Convention in January. Absolutely fantastic hotel. A bit on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for. The quality of service and quick-responsiveness of the staff to my needs was surprising and pleasant. I will be staying here again in the future. The downsides I had with this place were the elevators. On Sunday, when everyone was trying to check out as the convention came to an end it was absolute chaos. The elevators are "smart" in the sense they don't stop at other floors if they're going down and the elevator is full. This is good design. However, if you're trying to get out and you're on the higher levels you will be waiting an eternity. I've climbed down 14 flights, loaded my baggage in a taxi, climbed back up 14 flights to grab the rest of my baggage and party, and then back down 14 flights before the elevator got to my floor. That is not an exaggeration. I wish I could give this a 4.5 instead of a 5 for the sake of attention to this detriment as it was obnoxious.
