Let me just start by saying I just has my son 9 months ago and was really looking forward to get a brake and relax. I was expecting a fancy hotel and at least a hot tub. The pool is terrible and very tiny and there is no hot tub or sauna! For the price a night I thought the rooms were gonna up scale, I've stayed in cheaper hotels that had better rooms and a pool. The food court was grose everytime we went to eat the tables were dirty and there a lot of nats flying around. Wasn't impressed at all.

DISREGARD Samantha Motto's review. She claims they were waiting for hours after the supposed "check in time of noon" when in reality, the check in time isn't until 3 PM. The hotel is not required to host people who show up at a time they believe the hotel should be accepting check in times when they have it posted on their website as well as at the front desk. We've never had an issue with the service at the hotel, everyone is very polite and willing to help. Not sure what this woman's problem was, but maybe do a little research before you leave again, mkay schnookums?

Terrible! This hotel should be ashamed of themselves. From the get go they had my reservation confused. First I had too many rooms and when I went to check in at 1:30am after a wedding, they said I had no room. Mind you, I had 27 rooms booked for my sons wedding. The front desk clerk had no business being there, she had NO customer service skills at all. If she were employed by me, she would be out of a job. After complaining, they gave me a 30% reduction on my sons room. Really, they should have comped the entire thing. I will never go back there and I will tell anyone who listens to never use that hotel. The valet would not release my daughters car until I checked out, but I could not check out, because they never gave me a room to check in to. Avoid this place at all costs, Go up the road to the Hilton.

I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me. The carpet in my room was so disgustingly dirty my feet were completely black after walking around for a couple hours. Housekeeping never picked up the room; it took three calls and 45 minutes to get clean towels. They never gave me the credit on my bill from accidentally paying cash to the valet. I had to call/email multiple times to get someone to credit me. And even then I only received an automated email with my new bill. No one ever gave me a simple "sorry for your troubles". Had someone actually spoken with me and apologized I would have been more inclined to give them a more positive review.

I had a great experience here. I was on the 20th floor with a view, the room was clean and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The restaurant and bar had good food and again the staff was awesome. i only had a couple complaints, one is almost a deal breaker and that is the no free wifi! I mean the no tell motel down the street offers free wifi so come on! $9.95/day? The other mild complaint is the parking and how far away it is and how confusing getting in this place was. I should've used the valet but chose to park in the garage myself. I would definitely stay here again. I've never been at a hotel with nicer staff though. I arrived pretty late and the kitchen was closing but they still took my order and gave me great food, i mean that's how to treat customers.

It only gets 2 stars because of the friendly staff. I tagged along with my husband here for a business trip. Horrible parking, first of all. Also, We arrived at 12:30 (a half hour AFTER check-in time) and told there were no rooms available. We brought our 4 month old baby with us and were left sitting in the lobby for OVER 2 HOURS. We would have liked to go eat/do some thing while our room was being prepared, but couldn't because we had all our luggage/baby gear with us. No accommodations were made at all. No apologies. Nothing. The two stars are for friendly staff and cleanliness... Other than that, my experience was frustrating.

Great location. Check in was easy and the room was fabulous. Had an issue with the valet service on leaving, BUT Hyatt went above and beyond my expectations. George, gentleman at Registration, really stepped up to the plate. He was all a person could ask for when an issue like this arises. I explained the issue and in a heartbeat he took my name and looked up my stay and made an adjustment to my bill. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

Parking is a block and half away. Pool was cold at best. Not very clean. Wifi only 9.95 a day woo hoo welcome to the 90s.
