Have been attending the studio almost 20 years. Sherry's studio is a long standing community staple. The teachers are excellent. They walk their talk, with years of experience with students and education. When traveling, I visit and lot of studios.Would put the Yoga Sanctuary studio, the teachers, Rachelle and Eric up against any studio on the west coast. Yoga sanctuary is a yoga haven. Its not about the ego, its about the personal practice.

Wonderful and relaxing. I had a great first class with Celine and decided to purchase a package after. I left feeling grounded and less stressed.

When I see that there is something cool going on at Yoga Sanctuary (there usually is) I try to participate.. They are too expensive for me to go regularly, but the workshops are something I don't mind splurging on, and they are quite reasonable. I got to attend the Steve Ross workshop and that beyond rocked.... It is clean, and they were friendly! I will be back!

I love Yoga Sanctuary. The instructors are amazing. Some of them have been there since I started yoga 12 years ago. They're professional, knowledgeable, and have amazing energy. I wish they had more middle of the day classes because of my schedule. I love 12:00/1:00 class times.

My husband and I went there to start a membership. The girl at the counter was huffy and very unhelpful, and only knew one thing: she was to take a $75 "processing fee" to set up automatic payments and collect two months membership fees in advance. It was the $75 to set up automatic payments that took me by surprise; I could have done that right there with my phone for free. It was two of us signing up together, so the processing fee would have been $150+. Plus, the fee was unclear, between $75 and $87, but the girl couldn't break it down for us. The unhelpfulness, the unnecessarily high fees, and the generally bad attitude really turned us off. For a small business, they are very inflexible and the staff is not informed.

The very best teachers in the Valley are right here. I have attended yoga classes in major cities, but none surpass Yoga Sanctuary. I love the meditation and the yoga classes. Each teacher brings its own gifts to share among us. One can experience a spiritual as well as a physical experience. As we all strive to achieve Balance and Loving Kindness in our lives, Yoga Sanctuary will teach you how to master these indispensible aspects of life's journey. Mind, Body and Spirit come together. Great yoga, keeps us young and sharp.

The teachers at this studio don't help with the poses and I am not impressed with the atmosphere. Too materialistic. Everyone seemed to be there to "look good". There was a lot of competition in the air and I tried several teachers & several different types of classes. I feel very blessed to have had such wonderful teachers in San Diego. At this point, in Las Vegas anyway, I prefer doing my practice at home.
