Do you even have such a thing? I made my order back in Nov(3-11th) after having issues with your website. I then contacted you customer service team via the website form and eventually over the phone being charged for the call weeks after i received no response from my email. I then was told there were over orders of the item I ordered and they would promise to have the item to me before xmas to keep watch of the delivery status on the order details.
I then checked two weeks ago to see my order has been set for delivery for the 3rd week of January NEXT YEAR. So now my love is not going to have a present from santa this year. Thank you very much.
We don't have a lot of money at the moment and you didn't even offer to refund us if you couldn't get it to us, you have not offered to refund the delivery and you have had no contact with us what so ever to let us know how sorry you are for having such TERRIBLE service over this Christmas period.
We will not be recommending you, we wish to be removed from your so called 'promotions' list and we wish you would send our order immediately and never contact us again.
We will be passing on our experience to our friends and family and posting it on Facebook and Google + so that everyone will know within our circles (I work in the music industry and my partner works in technology) what a terribly over priced and awful service you provide.
