Just got back from Jay Andrews Salon & Spa and had to write a review! The salon itself is really pretty and well decorated. The staff that greeted me (Rachel) was super sweet; she also helped to squeeze me into the schedule. My stylist Victoria was wonderful! Really positive and listened to everything that I had to say. My hair is naturally ash brown that pulls blonde in the summer, but after using boxes for a while had picked up some major brass. I wanted to grow my hair out, but not have a huge color difference! Victoria saved the day. She ended up applying partial highlights and I couldn't have been happier! I'm now a dirty blonde color and most of the brass tones are gone! I haven't felt this confident in a long time and am so glad that I tried Jay Andrews and Victoria! Also, as a bonus, their hair washing tubs have massage chairs.

I love it here. I just moved to the area and didn't know where to get my color done. I found JA and loved it!!

I had a facial at Jay Andrews Salon and Spa in Morrisville and it was an excellent experience!! She walked me through each step and it was extremely relaxing and taught me about my skins needs and what I needed to do to maintain! I would Highly recommend Karen for facials! She has a fabulous touch! :)

Had a "new" girl. Most miserable person I had ever met. Asked the required "so, what do you do for a living?" and "are you from here originally?" - but there was no real connection. Haircut was so-so, she really didn't take much time on the layers. Won't go back.

By far the best haircut experience I have ever had. The entire staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Gabriela was awesome, did a wonderful job and I left feeling like a new man! I will definitely be back. Well worth the drive from Raleigh!

I had my hair color & cut done several days ago with Lindsay. She first asked what all i would like done & so i told her i would like to go back to my natural hair color. I did bring in my old hair color formula (witch happened to be AVEDA ), we also talked about how i like to style my hair. It turned out AMAZING. Not only did Lindsay listen to what I wanted she also helped me learn how to style my hair in this crazy NC weather. I highly recommend them, I will be back & i will be telling everyone about how amazing they are!!

I do not recommend this Salon. We had a miserable experience with disastrous color treatment that even the owner said was, "too intense." After going back a second time, they suggested maybe adding "streaks" to fix it. Ended up paying another Aveda Salon for Color Correction. I would not go to this Salon for ANY color treatment.

First time at JA Salon and Spa and I must say I was disappointed. My stylist arrived 10 minutes late (first appointment of the day) and then proceeded to pull her hair dryer and brushes out of her pocketbook. I felt like she had little confidence as kept saying "well, what do you want me to do?" She used huge scissors and had to keep borrowing a hand-mirror and a (poor) flat iron from a co-worker. I felt like there wasn't much of a salon experience at this aveda salon. I will not be going back.
