Was a little scared to go to this place after reading all the reviews but they were the only people that had the back glass in Stock. So I took it in and couldn't be happier with the result. Fair price and I shopped around a lot. Would go to this place again if I need any future cell repairs.

They take no blame of anything, they sell broken a#$ phones and when you come to say something about it they say they will fix it then tell you it will be done tomorrow and actually takes a week and still messed up, there is 3hr wait while trying to get anything done, went to buy a screen protector and took over an hour just to do that, don't get your screens fixed here while standing and waiting for 3 hour almost every customer that came in was mad because the screen is popping off they have no clue on what they are doing and no customer service at all!!! One day they are going to piss off wrong person, they should just call it quits and shut their place down.

I am not joking when I say that they have had my sons iPod for MONTHS. They say they are going to call you back and NEVER do. The only reason why I deal with them is because my ex trains some ones brother that works there. And she keeps dropping stuff for my kids there that I need to pick up. Not once has it been a positive experience.

They are the rudest people I have ever met. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING TO THIS SHIT HOLE. I cracked my iPhone 5s and went there to get my screen replaced. (That was the only problem with it) After they replaced the screen I noticed that it was harder to text and the buttons weren't working properly. I also noticed that when I would scroll this purple color would also show up. The lady said that it would go away. When I got home it did not go away so I went back the next day and they were saying that my LCD was the reason for the purple color and slowness of my phone. But why is that before I got my phone fixed by these dumb asses that it was working correctly? They told me to pay the difference and I refused. The Indian lady gave me an attitude saying that it was my LCD and blah blah. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds but nowhere on the receipt does it say they don't do refunds. She then called in another dumb ass and he began to give me the same attitude about how it was the LCD. I know for a fact they messed my phone up and I should have just dealt with sprint instead of dealing with a bunch of stupid individuals who know nothing about costumer service nor how to act. Just a bunch of DUMB ASSES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT! It needs to be shut down ASAP!

This place is a joke! They are always busy and they only have one lady working. The men are rude and sit on there butt as she slaves away helping customers. They scam and damage the phone more so you have to spend more money. It's crazy how they get away with this! Save your sanity and your time, go anywhere but here!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE TO These CROOKS! I brought a Galaxy tab there with a cracked screen, and what did I do that for...They replaced it with a new screen alright, but the Home, and Back buttons were not working. I took it back and showed them the problem, and he repaired it again to fix those issues, but when i got it back the second time the buttons were so hard to push the tab was worthless. And the guy just handed my tab back to me KNOWING it wasn't working properly. I paid $85 for the screen, but the frustration running all the way down Hwy. 6, then having to wait another week, and still having a useless pad just DID it for me. Save yourself the frustration if your screen cracks and go somewhere else. To top it all off, they act like they don't give a F-K!!!

Well i don't know y everyone has complaints about this store man the owner "MO" is the truth, I bought a note 4 from there a couple of months ago had problems they fixed it free of charge and in the meantime while they were fixing my phone they gave me a loaner phone so everybody I recommend yall go holla at him (MO).

WOW! GLAD I READ REVIEWS............ WILL NOT GO BACK TO PURCHASE PHONE I JUST LOOKED AT 3 HOURS AGO. SOMETHING TOLD ME TO WAIT. HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT A USED PHONE HE WANTED TO CELL ME. I NOTICED HOW RUDE HE TALKED ON THE PHONE TO A CUSTOMER AND ANOTHER LADY IN THE STORE.....THANK GOD FOR REVIEW CAPABILITIES
