WOW! GLAD I READ REVIEWS............ WILL NOT GO BACK TO PURCHASE PHONE I JUST LOOKED AT 3 HOURS AGO. SOMETHING TOLD ME TO WAIT. HAD A BAD FEELING ABOUT A USED PHONE HE WANTED TO CELL ME. I NOTICED HOW RUDE HE TALKED ON THE PHONE TO A CUSTOMER AND ANOTHER LADY IN THE STORE.....THANK GOD FOR REVIEW CAPABILITIES

they messed my phone up. i looked up the price for them to replace my iphone 5s screen, it was 75 dollars(much cheaper then others where offering at the time). so i went and gave them my phone, and they returned it to me with the screen partially up(not fully locked into place). And when i returned they said they would have to charge me to fix it. don't ever go here, they will let you down in every way imaginable.

Horrible place. Went to repair my screen on my S4 and got it back even more damaged. Yes the screen was fixed, however, nothing else worked. The screen would not respond, it would constantly glitch uncontrollably to the point where I could not even answer calls. They nearly destroyed my phone internally. After being fed up with having to constantly battle with my phone, I had sent it in to Samsung for an evaluation, and turns out all the parts inside had been replaced with fake replicas. My genuine Samsung parts had been removed. I will never ever go here again in my life and I highly encourage the same for anyone else. I can understand their language and the rude comments they make about their customers, which is utterly disgusting. They will cheat you! Do not be fooled by their low prices, it will cost you more in the end!

Bottom line: They did fix my screen, but mislead me about the cost and broke my LED in the process. Horrible customer service and horrible atmosphere. When we walked in there were people sleeping on the couches and on the floor. I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S4, so I checked Groupon. I found a deal that said $60 for an S4 screen replacement, so I called before I purchased it and asked them if the Groupon would cover the entire repair, or if there would be an extra charge. The guy said yes, it would cover the whole repair and to ask for Johnny when I got there. Well when I got there later that week, I showed Johnny my Groupon and told him that we had spoken on the phone. He took my phone and said it would be ready in 3 hours. I live 45 minutes from the store, so I left my phone in the store and they said they would call me on a different number when it was ready to pick up. My boyfriend went to pick my phone up as the store was closing (they had never called us to let us know it was done). They told him that some sensor had been damaged too, so they had replaced that along with the screen and it would cost an extra $30. They did not let me know that they would be adding services or even that there was the potential for additional charges. By this time, the store was closing and they would be closed the next day (Monday), so he just paid the extra $30 and got out of there. Immediately after getting my phone back I realized that the LED was no longer working properly. The red light that should be lit when the phone is charging never comes on.

They are the rudest people I have ever met. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING TO THIS SHIT HOLE. I cracked my iPhone 5s and went there to get my screen replaced. (That was the only problem with it) After they replaced the screen I noticed that it was harder to text and the buttons weren't working properly. I also noticed that when I would scroll this purple color would also show up. The lady said that it would go away. When I got home it did not go away so I went back the next day and they were saying that my LCD was the reason for the purple color and slowness of my phone. But why is that before I got my phone fixed by these dumb asses that it was working correctly? They told me to pay the difference and I refused. The Indian lady gave me an attitude saying that it was my LCD and blah blah. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds but nowhere on the receipt does it say they don't do refunds. She then called in another dumb ass and he began to give me the same attitude about how it was the LCD. I know for a fact they messed my phone up and I should have just dealt with sprint instead of dealing with a bunch of stupid individuals who know nothing about costumer service nor how to act. Just a bunch of DUMB ASSES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT! It needs to be shut down ASAP!

Worse place ever! They were suppose to fix my cracked screen that would still work but when I went back they said they needed more time but it wouldn't even light up anymore...so I took it to another cell place and turns out they replaced my at&t phone and gave my a Verizon phone! Wish I could give them no stars!

Groupon - Please Remove This shop from your List, They are worst than other reviewers have suffered. Group on Getting them People over, But they tell When u replace the Glass there is extra cost to it. So Pay extra otherwise they wiil break your phone....... I think the way they are treating you, Makes you like a stupid. Their Advise "Before buying On Groupon, You would have called and got the advise. If you Go without buying at GroupOn. They are promising they will give better deal."

THIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER.... VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL PEOPLE ( I NEVER KNEW WE HAD SUCH PEOPLE IN HOUSTON!!) IF YOU BUY A PHONE HERE, YOU WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED PERIOD. EVEN IF YOU REALIZE SOMETHING IS WRONG! (UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO SUE) AND THE RECEIPT THEY GIVE YOU WON'T SAY 'NO REFUND'! I AM WRITING TO SAVE SOME PEOPLE THEIR PRECIOUS TIME BECAUSE IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET. THEIR PRICES SEEM VERY ATTRACTIVE BUT LIKE THEY SAY... TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... I BOUGHT A PHONE HERE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNLOCKED BUT IT NEVER WORKED RIGHT. TOOK IT BACK THEY NEVER COULD FIX IT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY SIMPLY SAID WE DON'T REFUND! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME GOING TO THIS STORE. YOU WILL REGRET.
