I submitted +BoomerangBeat to the Google News Feed this is what I learned about citizen journalism.

When done well, there is a place for citizen journalism to be a legitimate part of the news cycle.

Great for any career --> For sure we need to continually challenge ourselves to “do better” but never to the extent that we experience negative emotions as a function of anxiety or excess stress … either physically, mentally or emotionally.

I've taken both of my dogs to the new Muttley Crew location in Ballard since they opened and I'm very impressed. Not only is the staff super friendly, but they're honest people. I purchased a 20 day daycare package and then quickly realized with two dogs (they're daily, non-packaged rates offer the second dog with $10 off each day) the package was not actually a deal at all. I only barely mentioned it to the lady at the front counter before she understood what I meant and why it mattered right away. Though she took two days of my package for that day (due to system requirements) she assured me that she would have the owner check into then get back to me. I thought for sure this is something I would have to figure out on my own and continue asking about in order to get an answer. Nope. I got a call from the daycare owner just a few days later saying she had figured out the math (which was actually pretty confusing) and offered to add extra days to my package to account for the second dog discount. I was very happy with the results and the fact they understood this mattered to me as a customer. Kudos Muttley Crew!

Ken is great! He's quick and consistent with communication which is honestly one of the biggest things I look for when deciding if someone is reliable. He has given me really good, honest feedback on what was doable with my site and what the limitations were. He was quick to figure out any questions I had and provide insight that I really needed. He has great energy and I look forward to working with him more!

Cindy and the team at Elegant Wine Country Limousine go above and beyond. I was trying to plan my sister's bachelorette party for 15 girls all the way from Seattle. Not having many resources online in Yakima, it was nice they had a thorough website. Also, because I work office hours, I was looking for someone who would respond via email so I could ask questions and explore different companies on my own time. Cindy was very prompt, got back to me via email within minutes and offered information (instead of having to ask). She offered to help set up an itinerary if I wasn't familiar with the wineries, gave me insider information on the best wineries for a picnic lunch and offered to call each winery to let them know a large group was coming ahead of time (other companies said I needed to call). Joel - the driver, was just as sweet, very accommodating and continued to smile when we changed our schedule on him a couple times AND asked him to take pictures of us as a group more than once. Thank you EWCL, a great experience all around.
