I brought my tire in to get looked at today because I had been having trouble getting it inflated. They looked at my tire, pumped it up for me, and then offered to look my entire bike over. I also bought shoes and new pedals and the person helping me ( I don't remember anyone's name, sorry!) was super helpful and got me shoes and pedals for a really great price. I'm usually pretty intimidated at bike shops, especially as a new biker, but everyone was very helpful and I could tell genuinely wanted me to have a great biking experience. Thanks to everyone who helped me today!

Didn't like this place at all. Tried to rent a bike for my brother to use for a day of riding. Overpriced for a giant trance. Tried to rent another bike before the giant, they said it was all good to go but when i showed up it was already gone. Gear isn't too impressive either. Small selection of full suspension bikes, no real quality brands, everything overpriced. Go to another shop, there are so many others in boulder.

Hi Bill--Sorry your rental experience went wrong. I can't tell exactly from your comment what went wrong, maybe you called to see if we had it, but did not do a reservation? If you did have a full reservation and we sent the bike out, that's a big mistake on our part and we should give you a free demo. In any case just email and we'll make it right. We have Boulder's largest mountain bike rental fleet with bikes from Kona, Giant & Ibis we have over 40 Full Suspension bikes to demo and over 100 new ones for sale. Our $60 per day rate is the lowest in Boulder I think for a good Full Suspension bike. So we should have something for you if you give us another shot. Sorry again for not meeting your needs, we will take it to task and try harder. --The Full Cycle Team

After a fruitless and solitary visit to the local outlet for the National Chain Bike Corp. (which closely mirrored visits to the location in town for the Regional Chain Bike Corp.), I took a short trip to FC and received a far more fulfilling experience in getting what I sought for my cycle, plus some nice extras. I shall never stray again, Full Cycle!

Knowledgeable staff, good gear. A little too anxious to sell me stuff rather than to figure out what fits my situation, but overall good experience. Edit - after a few months with the bike and dealing with the service department - service is awesome. They stick by what they say and do great work.

Great customer service! I purchased a lock, got the key stuck in it and had to get it cut. (not their fault, I blame the lock company for this) But I went in and explained, they replaced my lock for a better one for free, and threw in a water bottle on top of it! Situation diffused! Awesome!

Went to look for an entry-level mountain bike for my girlfriend, who happens to be a student. Saleswoman kept trying to push $1,000K + bikes on us, and basically said their $500 bikes would fall apart if taken on local trails. Yes, it makes sense to invest in good gear. But if you have a budget and need to stick to it, then you ride the hardest you can on the best bike you can afford. We'll shop at University Bikes next time.

Not too long ago after multiple weeks of test riding what felt like every 29er in Boulder I found the Giant Anthem in your Boulder Shop. I have to say I was treated very well and am very happy with my new ride (very happy, I love it). So much that I am finding it hard to set up a time to bring it in for its initial tune up. ( I just don’t want to be away from it for more than a day!) Anyways, I’m super happy, I will pass on the recommendation to my friends and just want to say keep it up. I wish more stores still treated folks as you do. Down to earth, no ego, just good people, who love biking and getting people what they need.
