Every. Time. The service is so lacking here. I wish the food was good enough to compensate. Food isn't bad, just not so spectacular that it makes me forget that the server hasn't been back to refill my drink in ten minutes. Large groups. Small groups. Saturday nights. Wednesday afternoon. It doesn't matter the variables, they just don't manage well enough to be prepared or attentive. What's worse is that they don't even seem to know the service is bad. No one thanks me for my patience while I have eaten half my meal waiting for a refill. No one says sorry for delays or bad service. Just a "thanks, its been a pleasure and a privilege." Really? It's been a pleasure? You've seen me literally three times in the past 45 minutes. The pleasure is mine when I pay my meal and you get no tip. Thanks for the mediocre meal and the fantastically absent service.

Nothing food was under cooked. Entrays came out wrong. Service was even under cooked when we complainef only a few had meals fixed or comp. We had 13 adults and 5 kids meal we had to keep asking when were the others going to get our food? Very slow service manager on duty was apploginic but did nothing to fix the food or service. Do not recommend this restaurant.

The service bis useless. After being seated 15 minutes, out waiter took our drink order. He then disappeared and took another 20 to flag over. This place gets 2-stars since the food tastes good... If you can ever order it and get it brought out to you.

My first time here. It smelled really great. We got lucky half off appetizers! !! It was less really great to try different foods without killing my purse. My waitress was awesome.

Always go to BJ's. Good beer, everyone at the bar is super nice. Always greeted with a smile and never have to wait in line. The other day my wife and I both ordered different cheeseburgers. A runner messed up the order my server Jacob put in. The wrong burger came out and my wife had to wait for mine to eat. I wasn't upset or bothered at all. The manager came and apologized and brought a free order of fries. Then my server gave us free dessert. I never complained or frowned, they just wanted to turn the experience around 100%. That is service.

Great food and beer. Prices are a bit high though.
