The food was exquisite, the server was on point when it came to take orders and serve. But I don't see myself returning due to an unwelcome comment on the server's behalf. We were 16 people celebrating the homecoming of an US Airman (uniformed), & the server said "please treat me good, I've been here all day" (paraphrased). Unfortunately, her body language and facial expressions gave all of us the impression that she was indeed saying the truth not in a funny, but bitter tone, which made us very uncomfortable, other than embarrassed, due to the occasion we were celebrating. I am not sure why this server felt free to offer comments such as this, or "I rather getting a tip" to one of my guests that said "I don't think I will order soup." I was so embarrassed of the situation. This is just 2 of the incidents we had. I should have taken my entire party somewhere else as soon as the person who received us, asked how many of us are, and when we said 16, the person said "oh, you came at the worst possible time for us; we are in the middle of a shift change!" I should have left, but wanted to think this person was having a bad day... I guess he was not the only one.

Good atmosphere. Great service. The food was good. I'm not sure that the jalapeño burger is their best is on the menu. I'll have to try another menu item next time. Overall, it was good.

I was impressed the first time I ate here, got the spicy sausage pizza Togo and it was delicious although it was $30. My second experience wasn't so good. Brought some friends along and we were not so impressed. The food took so long to get to us. My soup was cold and the plate was dirty. Per the servers recommendation I got the pork chops and the were okay at best, green beans were cold and tossed with old and new, and the loaded potatoes were not loaded. My bfs burger was waaaaY over cooked and the best part was the fries, sad to say. Don't think I'll go back :/

Great overall atmosphere and decor appeal. Amazing food! Right now for the holiday season a selective menu is available where two eat for $35. Choice of two soups or salad, entrees and their decadent pizookie (cookie cooked in cast iron pan and topped with ice cream) delicious!! Try the cookies and cream. The entree selections are appealing to all. Ribeye, ribs, salmon, chicken, pork chops, shrimp scampi and more. I had the ribeye and it was perfectly executed, literally melt in your mouth tender! The staff was very attentive.

I've been coming to this place since it opened. Just had dinner last night. The experience is always excellent and the food very good. I love the Kissimmee, FL location. It's lively all the time. The place gets very busy, though. Slamming busy. It's very popular. They have a large bar area with a full bar. But the beer is where it's at for me. As a craft beer geek, I focus a lot on that and can say BJ's is a solid place for beer. Any of the standard line up beers are a great choice and their seasonals add welcomed variety. I noticed last night they have increased their beer-food pairing suggestions on their menu, which is helpful even for experienced craft beer drinkers. It definitely works for the BBQ platter/Amber Ale combo.
