Our mission is to bring more awareness to the community of those that support the needs of veterans, children, animals, and other causes in that community. By promoting concerts for charities, we work to raise money for these charities and convert ticket buyers in to frequent donors to the needy. Our goal is to bring top headliner music stars to the stage and attract a great audience. Our staff and artists also participate to create a great experience.

2016 CONCERTS
The two most important elements are the artist and the venue.  These two can create quit a mess. To secure them both is a little tricky but possible. They both require contracts and they both want information before they give you a contract. Now you're caught in the middle of trying to set up a professional concert.  If you hesitate with the requested information you could lose the artist, or the venue, or both. 
So you are a nonprofit org. with a cause trying to raise funds for the hungry children in your community. Remember this is all about the cause and the reason you are in business. You get a hot meal daily they don't. Every time you put something off or hesitate, or put a wait on doing something, a hungry child grows more hungrier. 
In order for the concert to work, you need a third party. The cost for you to do it results poorly. You make very little to no money, or lose money. Understanding how many fans will follow the artist to your event is a task. Understanding the demographics is a task.  Your job is to feed the hungry.
So, let's talk about getting it right.  The artist need a deposit. Could be 2000 -5000 down payment from you or your sponsors. If you don't have a sponsor yet, then make that move yourself. Some sponsors want to see if you have secured a artist before getting onboard.  They want to see you invest something. The event cost 80,000 and your put in 5,000. They put in the rest. Does that make sense? Or should you put in 0.00 get 20,000 in ticket sales and they invest all the money? This is your foundation, and cause not theirs.  They offered you 75,000 free dollars. Next is the venue location does not have to be at your location. Somewhere classy and attractive. Now that you have the artist commitment and contract you can show your sponsors that you are serious and show the venue that you have someone coming that is important. The venue will make money from the bar and many other services. All involved will profit from this one event. Next you need a sponsor or two, or three.... 
Now you need us....event planner and promoter. We have all the celebrities in our database. We have all the venue in the USA. We talk to all the sponsors in your community. We have marking for the event, tickets, stage, lights, cameras, sound, and all the set up you need.  We need you to be a partner. Can you start today working with us to give a concert in Jan 2016? The sooner we start the sooner we can start advertising ticket sales, who you are, and increase awareness in your community.
