"Lending activities on the basis of sovereign oder state money would not be more restrictive than in today's fractional reserve system.

Modern money is fiat money that is created out of thin air by those who are authorized to do so. Basically, any amount of currency can be created any time by way of entry into a ledger, or into an account resp. The present system, however, is in fact much more restrictive, bureaucratic and much less flexible than banking doctrine has it. There is a lot of cumbersome Basel-type regulation on liquidity requirements and solvability (capital adequacy) as well as a lot of red tape inside the banking corporations. Moreover, expanding a bank's balance sheet (credit creation) is only possible to the extent that the entire banking sector is doing so largely in step. Otherwise the fractional reserve system would not work at all. Correspondingly, the system breaks down if banks don't do so any more and if they stop lending on the interbank market. 

In a full-reserve system, i.e. a system based on sovereign money only, a number of these conditions would no longer apply, and regulation could in fact be less tight.  

A supposed lack of money certainly isn't a real problem. The real problem is how to make sure there isn't too much of that good thing. At this task, the banks' 'control' of the money supply is an ongoing catastrophic failure, particularly with regard to asset bubbles and asset price inflation as well as ensuing credit droughts."

Var að grilla nýveiddan makríl, mikið sælkerafæði sem allir háma í sig.

Hér er aðferð sem hefur reynst vel. Makríllinn flakaður, skera raufar í roðið (svo fitan geti sloppið út meðan grillað er) flökin sett í fiskigrillgrind. Strá maldon salti yfir báðum megin. Svo er þetta sett á grillið og grillað í heilar 15-20 mínútur, snúið öðru hvoru, en láta roðið snúa niður megnið af tímanum.

Með grilluðum makríl er gott að bera fram sítrónur, alioli (hvítlaukur, salt, mayones), soðnar nýjar kartöflur ofl.
