The fact that number 1 on that list even has to be said tells you all you need to know about how little elearning has progressed since I first started developing it in 1989. The problem with elearning is that the corporate mindset is to simply "tell" learners and then imagine that because they've been told they've also "learned" - elearning is far too much influenced by middle-management arse covering rather than what is, in fact, effective. Being an elearning developer who cares about the quality of what you do and who has the misfortune to work for corporate clients is a soul-destroying exercise.
