I am seriously disappointed and devastated that my hair color has been destroyed.

I first went to Jessica Santillan for full balayage, haircut, and an Olaplex treatment. I am a licensed cosmetologist and know that Jessica did not do my Olaplex treatment correctly. Upon leaving the chair, my hair wasn't what I had in mind. It was very gold and did not have the contrast I was looking for. When I got home I examined my hair more closely and found my hair was very spotty and just wasn't done well. Jessica was very nice and professional, but she lacks skill.

I emailed the salon about my hair and the owner, Danielle was very kind and prompt, calling me the very next day. After sending her pictures of my hair she agreed that it was unacceptable. She convinced me to come back in and have another stylist fix my hair. I reluctantly agreed and should have listened to my gut.

I came in a few days later and saw Day Avery, she was very nice, funny, and had great technique. She gave me a great haircut. Unfortunately, what Jessica did to my color was too much for Day to handle and my hair came out with multiple colors including a dark, greenish blonde, copper, and black. Day was not very optimistic during my appointment which put me on edge. Not only was I not happy with the results, Day wasn't either. After leaving the salon I texted Danielle and told her I was not happy. She has since ignored me and my justified request for a refund.
