Executive Director of the Law Student Assistance Corporation, which is a non-profit community program The services of the Paralegal worker are listed with Patrolling and Security Dispatch of field programs which included proposal writing for graphed and analyzed varied implements.  The field trips included coordinated meetings with professionals of different degree of strategies for resolve in case/client work. Assisting clients with their legal matters and going to court with the court procedures when the clients or cases required specific purpose.  The networking is with outside agencies for needed relations with input for solving case/client strategies in the professional paralegal field.  Organizational proposal program planning weekly with student tutoring for maintaining academics in the community is included.  The Criminal Justice and Paralegal work is researched on specific topics with presentations for interested persons from even the outside communities. Presentations with professionals giving community talks for improved researched analysis of case/client inputs did help services.  Working was with the creations of video and legal filming with Proposal writing and consulting for researched Methods pertaining to the Business Management of Criminal Justice and Paralegal work.  As a law worker the implementing is of technical subject matters with the ability to analyze and Program Developed sound case/client work Follow up reviews for determination of case with statistical and economic performance reports on status of each varied caseload is maintained.  

 

1980-1987

As a Student Senator at the University of Massachusetts, Boston applying services was on the Budget & Finance Committee with decision-making power pertaining to programming and distribution of University Student Trust Fund money. The Business was Managing Directors as the Community Actions Program Advisor. Maintainer as to accept or reject Proposals in accordance to funding as Senator was the action taken. Certificate Councilor and assistant to faculty members in designing college programs for certificates within the University of Massachusetts, Boston recommending council for quality programs studied for degree students, which gave either a certificate or an undergraduate degree. Assistant Council in an academic support services with resources for a majority of undergraduate degree students. Duties assisting the Librarian, at the College of Public, and Community Service, at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, with responsibilities for processing, borrowing, writing tutor and mentoring. The academic advising included researching with organization of information and referrals with research methods and analyzing methods as a Teacher’s Assistant, and Librarian Researcher.

As a paralegal with a Master of Management and Bachelor's in Criminal Justice degree work has been in Community Service with undergraduate tutoring, and court cases and clients since 1987. Presently work is as an undergraduate tutor and substitute teacher assisting with projects and classroom planning programs. Prior work was as a Security Officer since 1998 at night and skills were report writing, property control for safety, training officers, monitoring property and people, researching areas for inventory controls. As a Paralegal during the day with legal researching cases and client court work, legal interviewing, legal field work, planning law strategies and methods, negotiations, administrative agency hearings, briefing cases, legal presentations/lectures, and planning for projects are some of the legal strategies work done.  Community service work as a paralegal doing litigation work is on cases and with clients’ legal matters is reviewed for comparisons and follow up. Analytical reports of Administrative advocacy hearings with cases updating the analysis with diagrams and projects for planning programs are done when necessary on a weekly basis as monitoring is for higher risk. Analytical Reports are compared to measure progress with cases and clients including times with legal court matters which are involved. Detailed services are updated as a paralegal with a planned award dinner yearly, this has been implemented with community members as a provider with follow up going over deviations, skews, and variations compared for the next years case and client viewing for implementing resolution services needs. Case and Client analysis with issues of  methods for changes needed with services are included with diagramed researched strategies and process are serviced in each case and clients factual matters.
