This reminds me of the Hungarian Langosh which is eaten with warm melted butter and garlic and also my daughter's favorite , Bhatura.It looks exactly like this and I add mashed potatoes to the dough. When fried, they are eaten with spicy garbanzo beans with onions,gr. peppers, and tomatoes plus cilantro and lemon.
