I get to hang out with my heroes and influences sometimes -- I have the greatest job in the world. Al Jaffee and yours truly outside Asbury Park Comicon 2013.

This guy's got it!

Gaining mastery over our destructive propensities, through the exercise of awareness and self-discipline with regard to our body, speech, and mind, frees us from the inner turmoil that naturally arises when our behaviour is at odds with our ideals. In place of this turmoil come confidence, integrity, and dignity - heroic qualities all human beings naturally aspire to.

Glad it didn't hit us!!!

The moon has a new hole on its surface thanks to a boulder that slammed into it, creating the biggest explosion scientists have seen on the moon since they started monitoring it. http://on.mash.to/YOOdFa

It's a gallery, it's a store! If you're looking for rare, designer vinyl toys and other weirdness, this is the shop for you. Dedicated and engaging staff. Worth the trip if you don't live in the area (like me). Some really amazing pieces.

Glorified diner food. The bar is low in Red Bank.

Absolutely top notch staff! In an age of diminishing customer service, the folks at Embassy Suites in Secaucus went above and beyond for me and my guests. I run a convention at the Meadowlands Exposition Center once a year, and the Embassy Suites offers great value, great service, and spacious rooms. But it's really the people who are what makes it all worth it. Warm, attentive, fantastic people at this Embassy Suites! Bravo!

Always a great experience. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Well lit, spacious, modern setting. Been going here for several years and I'm always impressed how well this salon is run. Bravo!

Great breakfast! This is what a diner should be! In a world of diminishing diner quality, Zoe's gets it. I approve!

I've been going to Sickles for 11 years, and they never fail to exceed my expectations. In a time where most retailers are staffed with hapless knuckle draggers and customer service is a thing of days gone by, the staff at Sickles repeated goes out of their way to find what I'm looking for or provide it with a smile and as fast as humanly possible. They have a great bread section, a speedy deli staff, and some of the best meats around. I only wish they had more organic vegetables. As much as I dislike going food shopping in almost all stores, I always find I'm happy to go to Sickles. Bravo!

Food was okay, but gawd what hideous "art". We called for reservations for Valentines Day, and wanted a 6PM seating, they said nothing was available before 4 pm. We were there from 4 to 6:30 and almost nobody was there -- what BS. It seems the management believes this place is more popular than it is. And did I mention the hideous paintings? Stupid prints of Bruce Springsteen with bullet holes -- what a disgrace. I give them 6 months before they shut down.
