Fall 1999, I took my frustration and disappointment with life, and hatched a plan. I needed to escape my dead-end job as a high school custodian. I didn't mind the work, but the BS that accompanied was beyond belief. But there was a young family that depended on me. So I did my Philosophy Degree through Distance Education. When my youngest graduated, I quit my job and walked away from my salary, my pension, and my benefits and went to law school. Today, I finished my Article, and I became a lawyer.
