Cocky juicers...the worst kind. Training is different when you are drug free. Also, he charges for "Overtraining Workout." Don't be naive people. The fitness industry has a lot of dirty little secrets. Just train smart, eat, rest and recover. The gains won't be any different.

I have a small herniation on my L5/S1. Happened on a regular set of squats with 335lbs 4 months ago. I'm fortunate to not have sciatica but I do have back pain from time to time. I am definitely relearning the squat and am focusing more on mobility, recovery, building the core, and decompression. I'll be back to squatting heavy again one day.

I agree with upright rows not being safe to perform. However, since I've switched to single arm dumbbell upright rows, I've gotten much better stimulation on my delts. It is also much more safer on my shoulders because of the ability to position them more freely.
